Lampara En la colina is a luxurious 7 bed-roomed grand villa set in beautiful secluded landscaped gardens in the estate once owned by Madeline Carrol "39 steps film, In1985 Glen Tipton (Judist Priest rock group) was so taken by the landscaped grounds and the secret garden, he set about and built the Villa.
On Entering the property through the large double wooden doors you are straight away struck by its grandeur , The entrance lobby with a guest bathroom and office area, the grand staircase with chandelier to your left. straight ahead you enter the Lounge area with 75" LCD TV packages. to your left is the grand dining area. continuing in to the very light and spacious lounge you have a separation lower lower Liberia and games areas with Eminence floor to ceiling windows 7 meters high giving you amazing views of the mountains and down towards the sea.
Back to the dining room with its grand fireplace and dining table which can seat 14 people and sloping roof with 1.3 meter chandelier. Through the door leads to the large fully equipped kitchen, Gas hob and gas oven plus electric oven, Microwave.. various fridges and freezers along with a chilled Water machine with con gas option as well! with an inside breakfast area plus outside break fast/lunch area which is under cover, through the kitchen you have another guest toilet and fully equipped laundry room washers and Dryers.
From the downstair, all rooms can enter the inner courtyard, which is " Alhambra " style and has a fountain and comfortable seating areas. Passing through the courtyard, you enter the undercover barbecue area with outside terraces with magnificent views.
On the 1st floor, you can access by the main entrance as well from the courtyard... the master bedroom is "superking size 2mx2m bed" with 100 m2 40" tv with Sky TV, en suite bathroom with separate toilet, shower, and a large 2 person jacuzzi bath.
New for 2023. Luxury appointed 2nd master/family room on the ground floor very easy access, featuring queen bed plus box sofa bed. Internet. 40”TV. Large en suite bathroom. Separate A/C . 2 adults and 2children or 4 adults
All other guest rooms are on the 1st floor, you head left down the passageway which looks over the courtyard and the dining room to your left. all the guest rooms (4) have outside terraces with seating, 1.80x2m king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and 40" LCD TVS
The guest 5 room has twin single beds en-suite bathroom shared with what we call the nanny's bedroom, guest room 6 is a single bedroom
Lampara also has an Additional double room (bed 8) for staff 1 double Bedroom, en-suite Shower
Outside the villa there are many seating areas on all sides of the house, walking through the garden you head off down to the Heated infinity pool with shady patio areas for sunbathing with views to the seas and mountains.
NO Weddings for 2025 onwards.
Birthday celebrations are limited to 40 guests in both villas...
NO live music or DJs after 9PM..
The sister villa is "Candella En La Colina" (property reference 85955), an 8-bedroom villa (15 people) built over 2500m2 and 36000m2 of land. It is very exclusive and even has a 300-meter driveway. It has excellent outside facilities in EL Madronal.
Both villas offer maid service, drivers, and 4x 2024 Mercedes V250 7-seaters people carriers. local trips can be booked with the villa staff.
Airport collections using our vehicles also available adding a touch of luxury.
Both Villas offer security and privacy for those wishing to keep away from prying eyes. AND IS SUITABLE FOR VIP
