• Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM.
• Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM. From 9pm onwards: €25 (Late check-in is required to be paid in cash)
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
• Late Check out fee from 11. am until 1p.m: 150€ extra.
• Late Check out fee after 1p.m: We would charge you a day base rate without any discount and any compensation that we have to refund to the next Family who is staying in the property the same day of your check out date.

• Prices vary depending on the season.
• No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the property.
• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence.
• Please note that our property does not accommodate individuals or groups under the age of 30. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests.
• Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number if you come by plane, when making an inquiry / reservation.
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)


✧ PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES ✧

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 300
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
• The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
