Aspronisi Luxury Villa is 80 square metres in size and is located in Santorini's village of Megalochori, only 50 metres away from the caldera.

It consists of three beautiful rooms. A living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heater and two built-in couches, as well as a dining table for six to eight persons and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with a double bed, cupboard, en-suite bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heater and bathroom. The one bedroom faces west and has a view of the Akrotiri caldera, Aspronisi and the sunset. The other bedroom faces east and enjoys a view of Profitis Ilias Mountain and the sunrise.

The Villa's spacious balcony includes an outdoor hot tub, where guests can relax and admire the spectacular view of the Akrotiri caldera, Aspronisi and the sunset.

The Villa also offers another semi-outdoor area, which can be accessed from the entrance and is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. It is the ideal spot for sun tanning, while enjoying the amazing view of the Akrotiri caldera.

Next to the villa stands a private church belonging to the family of Mr Gavalas, the owner of the house. Guests are free to visit the church and use its outdoor area as a parking space.

The Villa is eco-friendly, having been built with ecological construction materials and being equipped with class A eco-friendly appliances, a solar water heater and a boiler for hot water.

The Villa can accommodate 4 to 6 people and is ideal for couples, groups of friends and families.
