The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There are also two full bathrooms with all the necessary amenities.

The accommodation is suitable for up to 7 people, the kitchen and bedrooms are fully equipped.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, coffee and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.

The property has air conditioning in all rooms.

In this Andalusian house you will be immersed in all this history. You will enjoy the city, its beautiful streets and monuments as well as its atmosphere and life.

If you arrive by car, we recommend parking in the Avenida de Roma car park.

If you arrive by public transport you can easily get there by Metro, the nearest stop is Puerta de Jerez.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of Seville, it is unusual that in it we find noises from outside, but due to its unbeatable location you may find at times occasional noise from outside due to the transit of people.

The house has two main steps to access, and has 4 floors which are accessed by stairs.

The main floor has the living room, bathroom, terrace, kitchen and pantry.
The second floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms.
The third floor has a mini bar and an outdoor terrace with a large table to enjoy the outdoors.
The fourth floor is a roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun and majestic views.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
