The villa offers ample space, both indoors and outdoors, and boasts breathtaking views of the azure Caribbean Sea and its surroundings. Its unique location provides guests with a commanding vista of the stunning scenery of Marigot Bay and Waterfront with mountain views. Guests can enjoy both the interior and exterior spaces with a large open deck and verandas/terrace/patio, ideal for outdoor living. Casa Vista is a family owned and built property. This unique property is located in a quaint Marigot Bay community close to the waterfront and Marigot Bay business amenities with breathtaking scenic views to enjoy. The close proximity to the beach and ocean is an added bonus to both visitors and owners. The ambiance of relaxing with a drink of your choice (wine/coffee/tea) on the deck or veranda whilst enjoying the sunrise, sunset, blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, surrounding green lush mountains and yachts -its all an added bonus!!!
