Great Location

Great location to everything in downtown Santa Rosa. Two families stayed in the house and it was a perfect fit for 8 of us! Having beach chairs was so nice to not have to bring our own.

perfect get away

We had an awesome vacation at this condo. It was exactly how the picture and description said. The pool was so warm and relaxing and we were just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. But the best part of this condo was the host and hostess who were very easy to communicate with and who really went out of their way to make our stay plesant.

Comfortable and Convenient

This lovely home had lots of sleeping space. The beds we used were quiet comfortable. The Kitchen was adequately stocked. Location was very close to the beach. The wagon available made carting little ones to the beach so much easier. The pool was nice and close by. Be prepared for steps! Loved it all in all.

Fun spring Break near all the action

We visited with another family and 4 teenagers total and despite the stormy weather, be all had a fantastic vacation. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Damien ensured the few items we identified were addressed, and provided excellent local recommendations. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes that our hosts made available. The beach access was very convenient and there were lots of great food and entertainment options within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Close to the beach

We had a great time at this place. There is so much that is close by that we almost never had to drive anywhere. The home accommodated all of us well and the owner texted me everyday to make sure everything was good.

Great townhome in perfect location

Loved our stay here. Walkable to beach, pubs, ice cream shop, and restaurants. Quiet and relaxed community, home was clean and comfortable for our group. Damien was a great host, very communicative and responded right away to any questions or concerns. He even checked to make sure we were ok after a big storm. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great home in a great location!

Casa Bellevue was as advertised and in a great location. You are steps from the beach, shops, and, restaurants. The home has a wonderfully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed rooms, and a fully stocked garage with beach equipment, beach toys, and bikes. The interaction with the owners was top notch and they provided all kinds of great information to help plan out the week. You cannot go wrong here!

Great location and great place! Only downside is all the steps but with 4 stories it’s to be expected. Not a lot of hot water for everyone to shower. Other than that it was a great place! Perfect location minimal walk to beach access! Having chairs, floats and umbrella plus cart was awesome!

Location, location, location!

The location of this spot is insane. 3 min walk to the beach. 1 min walk to shops. 2 miles from golf course. 7 min to grocery store and coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay, enjoyed Santa Rosa, and enjoyed the sleeps. The house isn’t quite big enough for a large group to hang out inside (things got a little tight for 10) but that’s ok, you’re in Santa’s Rosa Beach on the coast. We are grateful for the few days we spent and would definitely consider another visit.

Fantastic Property

What a hidden gem on 30A. Such a great place- 2 king beds which I don’t find often. Good bunk areas for kids, walkable to the beach, bars, restaurants- and an affordable price compared to Rosemary! Tons of beach toys, chairs, two grills- if you need it they will have it. Book with confidence- owner is responsive. I will book again.

Impressive!

Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time at this property. The owners had thought of many amenities that are helpful with children and nice to not have to pack such as a high chair, pack and play, beach toys, and bikes! The jaunt to the beautiful water and beach was quick. The property itself was impressive and very comfortable. The owners were wonderful to work with and shared great communication. It was nice to be able to walk and get ice cream, and the walking/biking trail along 30A was fun to explore. I would recommend the location to anyone as there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Excellent!!!

Owners were awesome! They took care of absolutely every single detail and that everything was working perfectly for us. Nicely decorated beach home, very clean and well equipped. We travelled with a group of 10 persons including small children, teenagers, adults and a 65++ :). It was fun for every age! Plenty of room with many beds. Best of all the rooftop and the short distance to the beach! Thanks for the extras including the beach gear, board games and the cookies! We couldn't be happier with our stay at casa Belleview!

Perfect set up

Great stay! Perfect set up for our two families. Kids to teens to adults. Location is perfect. It's a much shorter walk to the beach then it looks on a map. It was peaceful and clean. Rooftop terrace was a nice touch. The water pressure was better than my own home!!!! To be expected but if stairs are rough for you this is not the place. Pool was out of order during our stay which was fine for us (we have a backyard pool at home) but could've stunk for others so can not speak to that. Everything else was great! Very pleasant owners as well. Would definitely return.

Amazing home ...walk to everything !

We recently enjoyed a much needed week at Casa Belleview ( Feb 28- Mar 5 ) . The home is beautiful and well equipped to handle even the most discriminating renters. Also, being able to walk to everything is a big plus! It was only a 5 min walk to Santa Rosa town center , resturants , and the most beautiful white sand beach where you can walk for miles in either direction. The owners very accommodating although we were very last minute. Did I mention the amazing roof deck where you can watch the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico with a cup of coffee...and enjoy the gorgeous sunset with a glass of wine! So dont look any further ... I wouldn't hesitate to book Casa Belleview again !

Great spot!

Perfect spot for families, or any large group. Great set up and proximity to the beach makes for easy access and convenience. Traveled with teenagers and didn't worry about letting them walk around on their own exploring. The property management team was very responsive to any/all questions or inquiries. Had an issue with the A/C when we first arrived, and they addressed it immediately. Even arranged for someone to meet the repair person at 9:00pm since we were out to dinner, just so our evening wouldn't be interrupted! Issued was fixed that evening. Would highly recommend!

We loved the townhouse and Santa rosa beach. Was concerned about the walk to the beach because we were bringing our grandsons age 3 and 6 but the walk was very easy and nice. There were times that the children had to choice to ride or walk and they chose to walk. The owners were absolutely wonderful. I contacted them several times before our stay and they always gave great information and also never acted like it was an imposition Loved having the garage to deliver all the beach stuff to when we would arrive back from the beach. It really kept from getting a lot of the sand in the house. Found lots of great resturants in the area. Love the quaintness of Gulf Place. I want to move there!!!

Great beach getaway

Damien and Tania were very available and accomodating. The property manager was very kind and recommended a few places to eat. The townhouse is cute and spacious. It was wonderful to be close to beach access, and the beach was not overcrowded at all in this area. Having all of the toys, bikes, etc already at the home was great. There were cookies and a note awaiting when we arrived, the kids enjoyed those very much (my daughter and I dont do dairy so we skipped those!) We blew bubbles on the rooftop which does have limited views of the gulf. The pool is just across the drive from the townhouse and well maintained. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit for our use. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at Casa Belleview.

Beautiful home!

This beach house was very nicely decorated - clean and modern without excessive decor. It was like staying in a hotel with so many nice features. We had 8 ladies staying for a beach getaway and we had plenty of room to sleep with some beds not even used. The four bathrooms were perfect for our group, making it easy to get ready for our evenings. Though with 8 of us we ran out of toilet paper on the first day, so plan to bring extra! :) The rooftop deck was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset and relax with a few cocktails, and the pool was just a few steps away when we wanted to cool off. We really enjoyed the location - the beach was across the street and there were several shops, restaurants and bars within a very short walk. This would be a good location for families, reunions as well as others like our group. I know my kids and husband would have loved it there. It would be a good place for 2 families to stay since there are dual masters and plenty of downstairs space for kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

First of all, AMAZING location! Close to the beach. The house was clean and well kept. There were a few flaws, but nothing crazy. On the first floor is a bedroom with bathroom, could easily sleep 4-5 in that one room (couple of adults with kids). The garage had everything you need for your beach experience, chairs, toys, wagon, etc. They even had a grill for you to use at the house. The second floor consisted of the living area, dining area, kitchen and another room with bunk beds (sleeping 4-6 kid) with a bathroom as well. They supply pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. There is internet for streaming on the TVS. (Tv in all of the bedrooms!) All of the bathrooms in this home are full bath. The third floor has two room with king beds and attached bathrooms. Everyone had their own space. The roof top was pretty awesome. You can see the beach from the roof top over the homes across the street. There is seating on the front and back side of the roof top area. It also allows you to overlook most of the pool area. which is directly across the condo. The parking was a tad frustrating at times but wasn't terrible. You have the driveway spot to use and if you have a second vehicle you had to park on the road around the curve. Some folks across the way tried to utilize more than you're supposed to but it was handled peacefully, no issues. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. You are close to shops and food. The host checked in. great communication!! 5 stars! Would recommend!
