From the entrance of the villa's beautiful arch port you will walk into our main high ceiling hallway where you can enter into the open plan reception and dining areas benefiting from two chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings and a sizeable fireplace with amazing views over the city of Nice, its famous port and the sea. There are a number of glass sliding doors leading to charming balconies where you will be able to further take in the views and enjoy the Riviera’s amazing atmosphere.
Opposite, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen.
Further down the corridor is a master bedroom and its ensuite bath and shower room.
There is also a guest toilet room.

The villa's swiping staircase allows you to head upstairs from its main hallway to a double bedroom and its ensuite bathroom with its own balcony overlooking fantastic views of Nice town, its port, the sea and the distance hills and mountains surrounding Nice presenting you with the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink, while experiencing watching the twinkling stars and fairy lights of Nice’s lively main town.

Next door, on this level, there are two additional double bedrooms one with its own ensuite bathroom and inland balcony. The other, the smallest of all the rooms, benefits from its own shower room and skylight window.

The main hallway also leads downstairs to the villa's master quarters located on the swimming pool level. This can be regarded as either an independent or integrated part of the house with direct access to the swimming pool. It has a double bedroom with its own shower room and its own sliding glass doors giving access to the swimming pool and stunning view. This quarter includes the villa's second living, dining and fully equipped modern kitchen area (open plan) serviced by an additional shower room. The living area has its own glass sliding doors that provide a separate access to the swimming pool area.
