Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
This linked detached holiday home is located in the most prestigious area of Lincoln (the Cathedral quarters, just two minutes walk from the main historic landmarks of the City - Lincoln castle & Lincoln Cathedral. Enjoy stunning views of the Lincoln Castle from the master bedroom with Juliet balcony. The castle is lit up at night creating the most amazing atmosphere.
The house has an open plan living room downstairs that leads to an open plan dining area and behind the dining room you will find modern kitchen with an island. All the necessary utensils are in the kitchen cabinets (plates, pots, pans, cutlery, wine glasses, etc) as well as the dishwasher, washing machine, built in oven and microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is a stylish small cloakroom downstairs.
On the first floor you will find master bedroom with Juliet balcony with wonderful views of the castle.
Another double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a third bedroom with kingsize bed that can be made into two single beds on request. There is also a cosy reading room on that level.
The bathroom is very modern with big shower, wash basin and WC.
There is a small private garden at the back, around 12 square meters
