- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 62, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

- Se retiene la cantidad de 200€ como fianza mediante tarjeta de crédito/débito o efectivo en su defecto.

- Check-in desde las 16:30h (temporada alta desde las 18:00h)

Great Location 👍....

Just it was perfect, location, quiet,respectable and tidy and clean...Really good 👍. Nothing...maybe missed a varanda/ balcony 4 my morning coffee & tea..But otherwise as A solo traveller it was perfect...

Loix Mar Apartment 2-F Levante Beach in Benidorm was an excellent choice for our recent visit! For those who enjoy spending time at the beach, this flat is perfect because it is just a short stroll away from the Beach. Everything we needed for a nice stay was provided by the rooms, which are large, clean, and well-equipped. Perfect for watching the sun go down, the terrace overlooked the bustling neighbourhood. Throughout our stay, the helpful and after a day at the beach, guests may cool off in the building's pool. We loved being right in the middle of all the excitement, If you are seeking a place in Benidorm where you can relax while also having fun, this is it. If you are looking for a central apartment with all the amenities for a fantastic holiday, we highly recommend this one. The only thing was the air conditioner had an extra box next to it, which dripped on the floor, which we had to put the bin under and keep emptying

A pleasant stay.

Overall, the apartment was an excellent choice and exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was extremely spacious for a couple, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfectly adequate for our needs, and the bedroom was generously sized and very comfortable. One of the standout features was the swimming pool – it was beautifully maintained, pleasantly warm, and large enough to enjoy a proper swim. We were particularly impressed by the provision of 20 sunbeds, which is quite rare and ensured there was always somewhere to lounge and unwind. The apartment offered a high level of comfort throughout our stay, and we were so pleased with the experience that we’ve already booked to return next year. While our stay was generally pleasant, there were a few aspects of the accommodation that could benefit from attention and improvement: The pillows provided were quite high and unfortunately caused some neck discomfort during our stay. A variety of pillow options would be appreciated for guest comfort. The shower head was unable to stay fixed in its wall fitting due to damage, and the shower tray leaked significantly, requiring us to mop the floor after each use. Additionally, there was no plug provided for the bathroom basin, which made it inconvenient for basic use. The sliding wardrobe doors in the bedroom were misaligned, making them difficult to open and close smoothly. The kitchen lacked suitable microwave-safe containers, and the plates were not clearly marked for microwave use, which limited convenience. Additionally, the glass cooker hob had a damaged corner that appeared to have been previously broken. This raised some safety concerns, as it could potentially pose a hazard. Addressing these issues would certainly enhance the overall guest experience and safety.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza y comunicación
Konnte nicht den Parkplatz benutzen, da die automatische Kennzeichenaufnahme für die Öffnung des Tores nicht ging. Habe ein Ersatzparkplatz erhalten, jedoch etwas weiter entfernt. Im Bad wurden immer wieder kleine Schaben vorgefunden. Die Duschkabine ist nicht dicht und auch bei vorsichtigen Duschen wird der Bad ziemlich nass. Ansonstens wirklich sehr gemütlich und Benidormbooking ist wirklich super.

L'appartement est très très bien localisé, à proximité de la plage et de nombreux commerces et supérettes aux prix très raisonnables. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir et barboter, la présence de transats est très appréciable.Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle si vous souhaitez vraiment cuisiner et les couchages du salon sont rudimentaires (un lit de camps avec un matelas en plus).Un aspirateur serait vraiment utile.La clim fonctionne très bien et il y a la fibre.
