Beautiful lake front apartment on the footpath with stunning views
This elegant accommodation with 160° lake view is spacious, perfect for families and couples of friends. There are no less than two living terraces with wonderful views; of the lake in front and the mountains behind, the furnishing style is modern and cosy. The pier and direct access to the lake make it special. Situated on the promenade between Bardolino and Garda, so after arriving you no longer need a car, you can comfortably walk to both villages. On the lakeside promenade (50 metres from the entrance) there is a nice bar/restaurant.
After years of experience in the hotel business, I am starting this new adventure by renting two flats in this beautiful place. I live locally, so I am usually available if there is a need for help or simple advice. My passions are 'interior design' and sports. I love the location of the flats; going out for a run along the lake in the morning or taking my bike to dinner are among my favourite things. Then, relaxing in the sun on the jetty and taking a SUP ride make for a perfect day.
The flat is right on the lakeside, ideally located for walks and bike rides. The garden and jetty offer plenty of space to enjoy the sun and cool off. The Rocca Vela boathouse is next door, so the location is also perfect for boat owners.
A number of places of interest are easily reachable by car, such as the centre of Verona, with its historical centre and the Arena, the thermal baths of Colà and the amusement park Gardaland. From the centre of Garda or Bardolino you can take the ferry to visit the other villages on the lake.In addition, there are several golf courses in the area.The flat is ideally located for walking or cycling.The bus stop is located on the main road next to the apartment building entrance. The train station, Domegliara, is a 20-minute drive away, while the airport of Verona is only a 25-minute drive away.
