Us and another couple stayed at this house and everything was perfect. They had everything kitchen wise you could think of and they had the perfect amount of beds. It was a great location that wasn’t too far from both pools for the kids. Highly recommend the house , location and host. We will 100% be coming back !!

This was a very nice home, we had plenty of space and enjoyed the HOT TUB!

This home was lovely, well furnished and bright. We had a large party of 12 adults and all fit just fine. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Check in and out was clear and easy. Thank you for a nice stay!

Fun in the Sun

We loved this property! The patio could of been a little cleaner but other then the hat we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Loved the pools and pickle ball. The purpose of our trip was to go to a show at Tuacahn and we loved that it was close. Overall, we would use this house again! Kitchen was fully equipped and the linens were super comfy and so were the beds.

Loved it!

Beds were comfortable—several appliances; mother in law master suite was great!!! Dining chairs and bar stools not comfortable but plentiful! Loved the extra table and chairs in the garage. Water pressure great and sink disposal was nice and fresh.

Fun getaway plenty of room

The house is great, beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space. A few complaints… the code would not work on front door, only casita. Also, the kitchen is lacking supplies like dish soap and dish towels, and the tvs are glitchy. But overall we had a great time.

Beautiful VRBO deserving of better access to internet

The listing, home, area, accomodations are amazing. The cost, home, and nearby water spots are amazing. We only used wifi for in between activities and at night and it was terrible. Connected with the host multiple times and they blamed the heat (we are from arizona). We asked where the internet setup was and were ghosted so couldn't even try an internet reset. Would have been a raving review if the owner would have given this more attention vs how it was handled.

Property needs a little refresh

Home is great lots of room but it could use some refreshing. Carpets are stained, bedding is stained, Dining room and bar stools are sinking which makes them super uncomfortable and couches were worn and not comfortable either. The dining room lighting is missing a glass globe. Water pressure was horrible. 4 Rolls of Toliet paper for a week rental is pretty bad. We have stayed in Paradise Village for 10 years so I know homes/furniture aren't brand new but I would opt for a different house next year unless this one had a revamping.

Dwindling Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at a UBVR property many times and the last few experiences have been borderline atrocious.Basic amenities were in full dysfunction, the properties were not clean at all. These properties are getting old and run down, there are better options around southern Utah at the premium UBVR charge.Our washer was not working at all so we had to do our laundry at a laundromat. We called guest services and they offered literally no help or remedy. I will never be staying at a UBVR property again. I will not recommend UBVR to any of my friends or family.

Misleading description.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So the add is super misleading. Says 5 bedrooms and mother in law suite. Which it had 4 bedrooms. We had a group of Five couples and several kids. Which made this a very awkward experience. There were several missing items the floors were filthy as well as stains on the floors in multiple locations. Drain in tub upstairs was slow. As well as multiple bugs( Cockroaches according to google). Plus the multiple lists that were contradictory to what the checkout protocols should be. I really wanted to have a better review however the misleading information and confusing information just made it hard for me to give a better review.

We have shared your comments with our maintenance and housekeeping team to work on the floors that you mentioned were filthy. The drain in tub has been addressed. The bug you encountered we have a monthly pest control service that combats bugs of all kinds. This time of year they seem to be more abundant, but it also has alot to do with the desert climate we are in here in St. George. We can't erradacate everything. Nice home, needs repairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay and things were all accounted for on the listing, however, we had a really rough time with some key features- the sink faucet, dishwasher, washer and dryer didn’t function. It was tough to keep the space clean because of it- it added more headache to our vacation. We tried chatting with Utah’s best but they have not been responsive. I realize this is a amanagement company issue- but the owners should know. I also wish things were cleaner- the carpet had stains, the stair railings were loose- kids could fall through, and the patio furniture and fireplace were really dirty. Again- the place was as described except the cleanliness and dysfunctioning amenities. They did bring a new queen blow up mattress when the one in the house leaked the first night.

Good input we have shared with our whole team and have addressed. We try our best to keep up with the repairs we know need to be fixed, but this home is rented back-to-back throughout summer months, so it is a challenge for our team to get it all done before the next guest arrives just hours later. Carpet cleaning is the same challenge. We clean every 6 months, but some carpets get dirtier faster and we try to keep up with getting our cleaner in there with time to still dry before the next guests arrive. W are sorry you feel we are doing less than stellar job at managing the home, but if you knew all the behind-the-scenes reasons, you would likely be more forgiving and patient. We actually do much better than most companies managing here at Paradise Village just based off the hundreds of 5-star reviews we receive. -GM, Utah's Best Vacation Rentals

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place was very nice and clean. I really liked the layout. I was a little disappointed with the fold-out couches. They are basically fold-out ottomans. It’s really only a small twin bed fit for a child. I was also disappointed with the lack of supplies in the house. There was no Kleenex, no cleaning supplies, they only give you maybe 8 to 10 trashbags, five tide pods, five laundry pods. This was super frustrating when you wanted to wash towels or blow your nose. I feel like if you’re paying this much money the house should be fully stocked. I had to call Utah vacation rentals on the last day to bring more trash bags so I could clean out the fridge on our way out. They never delivered any. They also want you to do two loads of laundry before you leave, but at that point all of the tide pods were gone. They need to give you more supplies. Also, The unit needs another trashcan. Upon arrival one of the trash cans was totally full. We had nowhere to empty our trash. It was a little things like this that made the stay frustrating. Everything felt a little cheap to me. I have stayed in other rentals and have never felt like this before. I will probably look at other rentals before I rent this one again.

Chelsa thank you so much for taking the time to provide such valuable feedback. We always want to know how we can improve. We try hard to provide the standard supplies the average group size for this home will need. While we think we have a pretty good estimate, sometimes it's not so comments from guests are very useful. We will consider your suggestions to make things even better. We don't provide Kleenex, but trash cans should never been full to where you aren't able to use them. Our inspectors are on top of the details so we are looking into what happened here. We are glad you enjoyed the home overall and we value your opinion. Another good stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Thanksgiving and upon arrival noticed the oven door was broken. We alerted the management right away and they were prompt with a response as well as got us a new oven before Thursday! Maintenance went above and beyond for us! The unit looked cleaned, but the carpets could definitely use a clean. There were some scratches and dings throughout the unit that come with wear, as well as some other things (like no garage remote, and a missing light fixture shade).

Nice place but had issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: UBVR maintenance staff was not responsive to calls for service during our stay. Called 3x and no one ever came to house to fix issue.
