Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for Christmas and it was perfect. The hot tub seemed to be having issues but they were so quick to get it resolved for us. Definitely would stay here again

Paradise Village 19

Loved the pool,sports court and all the bathrooms. Beds were comfy. There are always a few hiccups but all in all we had a great stay.

Lovely Home could use a deep clean

We absolutely loved the home it accommodates our large family very well. Upon first walking in home was great and beautiful. Further living within the home, it was very dirty. The stairs had thick layer of dust. The chandeliers above the bar were coated in dust and residue. The window seals had dust and dead bugs. The carpet was so dirty. Everyone's feet and socks at the end of the night were black. (We don't wear shoes in homes). The cracked and loose tiles in the kitchen and dining areas were somewhat dangerous with little babies and kids. Overall we loved it and had a great time but that home really needs a good deep clean and not just a quick turnover for the next renter.

Great Location Property Needs Updates

The property is in an amazing location and has tons of space. Our group had 18 and there was plenty of room to spare. However, the home is in need of updates. The tile throughout the home is cracking and grout could be found everywhere. This could be a hazard for small children. Also, the home was not stocked with an adequate amount of hand soap or dish soap. Our group had to run to the grocery store and buy hand soap and paper towels for our stay on day two. Also, the home is in need of a good clean. Rugs in the bathroom have multiple spots on them. We have rented 10 homes from VRBO and have never had the owner request the entire pantry for themselves. We had to leave all of our food in the laundry room. The pantry states it is for the owners use and not to use items inside. There was no crockpot or coffee maker for us to use. These items were located in the owners pantry. Although location of the home is great and has tons of space I would not recommend staying here again.

Nice stay but not without issues.

Overall, our stay at this VRBO listing was a mixed bag. The home itself was undeniably beautiful and well-designed, offering ample space for our extended family to enjoy. The backyard amenities, particularly the basketball and pickleball courts, added a lot of fun to our stay. However, the main feature that drew us to this property—the private pool—turned out to be a major disappointment. Despite our efforts to heat it, the pool remained freezing throughout our stay, rendering it unusable. While the spa heated up quickly and provided some relief, it was disappointing to not be able to fully enjoy the pool as we had hoped. Communication with the property manager was also lacking, as they were unhelpful in addressing our concerns about the pool and other issues. Additionally, maintenance issues such as the deteriorating kitchen tile grout. Furthermore, the temperature regulation in the house posed challenges for comfortable sleeping, especially in the basement where it became uncomfortably warm at night. The restriction on thermostat settings exacerbated this issue, causing discomfort for many guests. Moreover, our initial experience with the pool being over-chemicaled raised concerns about safety, with conflicting information from property management only adding to the confusion. Overall, while the property had its merits, the issues with the pool, communication, maintenance, and temperature regulation detracted from our overall enjoyment of our stay.
