We just had a great stay at this house. Our team was in town for a softball tournament. This house was a couple minute walk to the Gubler softball fields (and Pickleball courts) and a short drive to the Canyon complex. A great grocery store and places to eat are a two minute drive. The house easily accommodated our team. The pool area, was right next door and was definitely a favorite of families who were staying there. The communicate with the host was outstanding and we had no issues. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

The stay here was great. Easy check and easy check out. The only complaint I have is the very uncomfortable beds. Otherwise I couldn't be happier with the stay.

Absolutely Incredible

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children thoroughly enjoyed our “staycation” in this lovely home. The home was spotlessly clean and had comfortable beds and great showers. We made s’mores on the rooftop deck, while the sun set over the gorgeous sandstone mountains. The pool area was literally right in the backyard. The adults and kids spent considerable time at the pool area even though it was rainy. I’m 62 and couldn’t have loved the waterslides more. The slides are perfect for young children and grandmas, too. It was such a fun place to meet together as a family.

Perfect spring break

We enjoyed delightful and perfect stay over spring break in wonderful resort community. Steps from lazy river / kid pool, super close to pickleball and Gubler park. We enjoyed every meal on shaded patio. Multi-generational family gathering from ages 54 to 1. Highly recommend. Property management communicates extremely well. We will be back!

Another amazing stay

We have stayed here multiple times and are always pleased. House is clean and well setup for the family. Enjoy the water park and lazy river. Will be coming back again for sure!

A great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were surprised by the overall size of the home. It feels much larger than it appears from the street. The layout is perfect, as was the location.Everything about our stay was great, with the exception of the beds in the King rooms. Our bed was very uncomfortable, and so was the king bed that our son & daughter-in-law stayed in. The queen, according to our adult daughter, was great.The living room furniture was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 babies. We could have easily accommodated a few more people. The kitchen was well stocked. A Keurig, or single serve coffee maker would have been great, but there was a small coffee pot. I ended up going to a coffee shop right down the street every morning, which was not a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay.

The bikes in the garage had flat tires so we’re not rideable. We could have used a couple more packets of soap.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 couples plus one grandma staying in this home, along with 10 kids. It was great having 5 bathrooms! The lower bunkbed mattress in one room was not comfortable, gave my sister a sore back! But the rest of the beds were great! Also, one of the tubs would not drain properly, was clogged or something. The bikes mostly had flat tires, one of which had a completely shredded inner tube. But we pumped up the ones that we could and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. Pickleball courts were fun, along with the two pools and hot tubs. Fitness center was disappointing (old equipment in a very small room). The kitchen was perfect, all the things we needed! House was very nice, clean, and spacious. We had a great reunion here!

My only complain is that they have written signs of the amount of things and there was not that many to begin with. And the things that were there some were not enough for a house that is for 30 people. Like one trash bag for a 6 day rental? The trash can in the kitchen was for an office not big enough for a kitchen for 20 people. We rented 2 homes 102 & 109. The roaches were all thru the garage. Big ants were in the patios had to call it in they did help a bit. We realize that some things are Mother Nature, but some need to be corrected. Thank you

Great Location and Great Time

This house was in the perfect location for our family. With the pool right out the back the kids had the time of their lives. The house was clean and with every room having a bathroom attached it was great. When we first got there a chair was broken and management took care of it promptly. We will be staying again!

We improvised so we were okay.There was one other thing that bugged me and that was the description of the bunk rooms were not accurate. If they had been we might have done something different, as is we were able to manage.One bunk room has a full over full just like the picture. (NOT the written description). I knew there was a discrepency between picture and written, so I emailed the question to find out their answer was that the written description was correct, but it is NOT correct. The other bunk room has a triple single and a triple full.Even with those little bumps we were able to adapt and we had a great time. Absolutley loved the location. Grandchildren loved the pool and we loved being so close.

Nice set up for big family

Loved staying at this location. Carpet needed deep cleaning, but everything else was clean. Very organized and great location. We would stay there again!

Property Appears Great, Get Travel Insurance

The property appears great and we stayed in another property nearby recently so we got to know the area. The amenities of the community are great for all ages and I assume this would have been a great stay BUT we had a death in the family making us unable to stay for the dates we had originally booked. Rather than cancel (as we were outside the cancellation period), we tried to push our stay out a few months and visit later but the property managers would not let us. We had to keep and pay for the rental, unable to use it. I think if a person gets travel insurance to prevent this, the property is a good bet.

Summer Fun

It was a perfect spot for our family. Close to the slides and lazy river. The condo was the perfect size for grandkids and adults with plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable as well.
