Lake Marion es uno de los secretos mejor guardados de Carolina del Sur. Un gran lugar de vacaciones para familiares y amigos. Lake Marion es conocido por la mejor pesca en SC. Es el hogar de bagres enormes, lobina negra, lobina rayada, tipo de pez, besugo y más. Planifique una visita para pescar, jugar al golf o relajarse.
Esta casa tiene capacidad para 12 personas con un amplio espacio para disfrutar de familiares y amigos ...... ¡Todo sobre relajarse y divertirse! Ropa de cama no están incluidos. Cada cama tiene un colchón, colcha / edredón y almohadas.
5 dormitorios, 3 baños completos y 2 medios baños. El plan de piso incluye 2 habitaciones king con baño completo, 2 habitaciones queen, habitación grande con 1 litera con nido, 1 sofá cama y 2 camas individuales. Sunroom tiene un sofá cama para sentarse y puede dormir 1. La sala de estar tiene dos sofás y 1 sillón reclinable equipado con un televisor de pantalla plana con Roku para transmitir su propio servicio de transmisión. Este televisor también tiene una antena para canales locales. No tenemos servicio de cable o satélite, lo cual no es necesario ya que usted está en el lago disfrutando de familiares y amigos. Asientos de mesa de comedor 6, asientos de mostrador 4 y asientos de terraza acristalada 4. La cocina está totalmente amueblada, lavavajillas, estufa, refrigerador, microondas, olla, sartenes, platos y todos los utensilios de cocina. Hay una lavadora y secadora para usar durante su estadía (detergente no incluido). Roku TV se encuentra en todas las habitaciones y el Wi-Fi está disponible en toda la casa. Hay 3 duchas. Hay un gran patio que conduce al muelle privado donde puede atracar su bote durante su estadía. Beautiful home and surrounding area. Home was clean and inviting. Great place to stay. We look forward to possibly staying here in the future. Possible improvements could be providing fitted sheets and bath towels for renters.

The home worked wonderfully for our stay in SC to attend a wedding. We had 4 children ages 2.5 yrs to 3 months and 6 adults. We had plenty of space, beds and the kitchen worked well for the variety of meals we had to prepare. The view from the living room, kitchen and enclosed porch was delightful. We would stay again!

This home is by far the best! It was so clean and spacious! The decor was amazing! The dock and lake were perfect for the kids for swimming. Beware of ants and mosquitoes, especially at night. I’m sure we will try to arrange another stay here!! Loved it!!!

Made our trip!

This house makes you feel like you were at home. Very well stocked with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The layout was superb for the way we travel with family, friends, and children.

Very cozy lake house that was perfect for a group of a dozen guys. Great outdoor area with a grill, a dock that has above average fishing, and the place is not too far away from golf courses in the area too. Couldn’t recommend this house enough to anybody wanting a getaway at the lake

Great Property with Excellent Accommodations and Amazing View

I wanted a neutral place near Sumter/Manning for my family to spend time together for Christmas. The age range of the principal family members is 60 to 96 years old - not the easiest group to please when it comes to being away from the comforts of their own home. In this case, everyone was so pleased with the accommodations. There was ample space to prepare and serve dinner. We were very pleased with the sleeping and bathroom accommodations as well. There was even a first floor master bedroom with a master bath, which was perfect for my sister-in-law who is unable to climb stairs. If it were not for that first floor master, she and my brother might not have been able to share Christmas with the rest of the family. Though we came prepared with cooking and serving equipment, the kitchen was stocked with almost anything you could ask for. Overall, everyone was extremely pleased with the property and we look forward to another gathering when the weather gets warmer. My only constructive feedback is to consider adding an accessibility ramp for accessible entry, but even if not, our family enjoyed it enough that we'll improvise.

Beautiful lake view private

Had a great time. House was perfect for size of my group. Accommodations were perfect for a bunch of contractors who also fish. I wish it had a fish cleaning station on the dock.

Girls Golf Weekend - Fantastic!!

Sprawling and comfortable - with every amenity! Check-in process was super easy, very gracious host. Anything we needed, it was there! Cabinets and light switches are labeled. Ample parking. Spaces large enough for friends to gather. Some people in our group want to book this property to bring their families. We would definitely book and recommend this property!

Family Fishing trip

The house and property was beautiful. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We spent our week fishing on the dock. The only thing i would change if i could would have been the weather. It was sunny, dry, and cold.

Big Fish House

Amazing home I had family visiting from the UK and wanted to do something fun with everyone. This house was it, there was plenty of space for 13 of us comfortably. The kids loved being in the water. Would highly recommend and we cannot wait to return.

Yearly fishing trip

We came to Santee Cooper to bass fish. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all the boats and trucks there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and sleep. We would definitely rent this house again. Owner was very responsive for anything we needed.

Place of peace

The property was well kept. The house is very clean and well furnished. I loved sitting in the rocking chair looking out at the lake. Definitely a place for family time and relaxation.

Thanksgiving/USC visit with niece

What a wonderful home to enjoy Thanksgiving with family. We were also here to visit our niece who is a student at U of SC in Columbia. The pictures of the home don’t do it justice, It is a beautiful, welcoming home on the lake. Everything you would have in your home was here. The owner was so lovely and accommodating ,promptly answered several questions prior to our arrival and there was so much information in a notebook at the house that answered any questions you might have during your stay. The house is warm, inviting and serene. It is the perfect home to enjoy our time together as a family,

Lake houses are priceless

The property didn’t disappoint! We all agreed that the scenery was simply nostalgic and no one could look at that level of beauty and take it for granted. The home was quite cozy. Kitchen was fully stocked. We had an awesome stay.

Great Golf Trip

This was a beautiful house with the perfect location. Great sunrises over the lake each morning and sunsets in the evening. Perfect distance to and from several golf courses in the area. Definitely will book this same hose again.

This is a great house for large families or a group of friends. Our family loves to get together whenever we can and enjoy all that Lake Marion has to offer. We fish, golf, jet ski, go water tubing or just relax. We hope that others can make memories that will last a lifetime in our "Big Fish House".
