Un espacioso y luminoso apartamento en el último piso de una hermosa villa de estilo Belle Époque. Perfectamente situado para los restaurantes, cafeterías, playa, estación de tren, autobús y tiendas. Todo está a pocos minutos de distancia. Un precioso cómoda sala de estar, dos dormitorios grandes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con un balcón de Romeo y Julieta. El otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con un pequeño balcón. Hay una gran cocina totalmente equipada con una mesa de comedor para cuatro personas.

Perfect holiday destination

This spacious and very well-equipped apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable self catering holiday. It is personally managed by the owner which, in our experience, always sets a property apart. It is ideally situated for the beach, shops, transport links and easy access to the picturesque coastline which is visible from the apartment. Kim is a very helpful and communicative host and we would have no hesitation in making a return visit.

Perfect Stay in Beaulieu

Kim is an amazing host! The communication was great, and we have a wonderful time in her place. The A/C was a very welcome addition considering the scorching temperatures in Nice that week. The location is perfect being close to the beach, Saint Jean Promenade, train station, groceries, bakery, and bus lines. We really appreciated how quiet the apartment was given the excellent location. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Living like a local

This apartment is a gem, that makes you feel like being a local in this little Côte d'Azur town. It is so lovely and contemporary French with everything you would need plus a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea to enjoy with your morning coffee. The host is especially friendly, very responsive and so considerate that they even put some food and drinks in the fridge for us because we were arriving late in the evening.Everything that this town has to offer, like the farmers market, restaurants and brasseries, the super market, the casino, the beach and marina is in walking distance. It takes you just minutes to walk to the bus stop and train station with direct connections to Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes.If you want to immerse yourself and not just visit, this is the place to stay.

Wow.... Simply the Best!

"Wow!" was our reaction as we walked into the appartment on arrival... so light and spacious with every amenity you could think of. We have stayed in different appartments in the area over the past 6 years and have been used to small bedrooms, average facilities and varying standards of communication with the owners. Here, even the second bedroom is spacious with a lovely west facing balcony that catches the sun in the afternoon and evening. The main bedroom is huge, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a view over the town to the bay. The large lounge is comfortably furnished and also looks out in the same direction with views of Cap Ferat as well as the bay. The kitchen has everything you could wish for and is well laid out. Kim is a wonderful host, providing us with useful information on all the appartment's facilities as well as details on Beaulieu's facilities. There are bars and restaurants as close as a 2 minute walk away, the station 5 and the port 10 minutes. Quite simply, this is by far the best place we have stayed on the Riviera and is excellent value for money. Thank you Kim, we will be returning for sure!!!

Wonderful view!

A lovely bright and spacious apartment with a wonderful view from the lounge. It is nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen containing everything you could possibly want. Great location within walking distance of all amenities of which there are many.

Practically perfect in every way

My sister in law, my nephew (19) and I stayed here for 10 days in the height and heat of summer. This apartment is as listed. It is in a great location for walking to the beaches, restaurants, the centre ville, the outdoor market and grocery store, and the rail station. The town of Beaulieu Sur Mer is a gem, and this apartment is a comfortable perch. It is simply furnished and very clean; easy and comfortable to inhabit. The kitchen is large, and I am already planning a return stay when the weather is cooler and I can enjoy more opportunities to cook local produce! The bedrooms have individual AC units to make it easy to cool on demand and reduce electricity consumption when the room isn’t in use. We were comfortable, despite a very hot summer.

Beaulieu stay for language school

Fabulous location, comfortable accommodations with everything we needed for enjoying the area and studying French. Kim was a great hostess, so responsive with information on the area, location, and check-in/out. Definitely a gem in one of our favorite places in the world. We hope to return!

Pristine flat in perfect location. A stone's throw away from family beach and all amenities.

Kim had thought of everything to ensure our stay was a comfortable and functional one. All towels and linens (including kitchen) provided. The best selection of glasses we have ever experienced! All kitchen appliances worked perfectly and full instructions given to ensure no time was wasted. The top floor flat is quiet and we felt very secure. Kim had provided an excellent folder of maps, bus and train timetables and up to date local information, including recommendations for eating and sightseeing. The flat has been very well maintained and is very roomy! Beaulieu is a super place with neighbouring towns and resorts very close by. We really felt that we made the most of our week and wasted no time due to our excellent host and will be looking forward to returning in the non too distant future. Many thanks!

Alles was man braucht und mehr

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung (11 Jahre alte Tochter). Man bemerkt schnell, dass diese auch vom Besitzer selbst benutzt wird, da sie über die Erwartungen perfekt ausgestattet ist (z.B. Weinkühlschrank). Von der Wohnung sind es nur fünf Minuten bis zum Bahnhof, wovon man alle interessanten Städte in der Umgebung bequem erreichen kann. Noch näher ist die Busstation, die wir aber seltener benutzt haben. Ebenso sind Supermarkt, Restaurants und natürlich der Strand in Laufweite. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich groß genug und kann (entsprechendes Verhalten vorausgesetzt) angenehm kühl gehalten werden. Die Betreuung durch den Besitzer war erstklassig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Excellent property in excellent location

This property is one of the best properties we have stayed in to date. The property is very clean, spacious and exceptionally well stocked (we wanted for nothing. We don't bring a car when we come down to Nice as we know the public transport is so good, this occasion was no exception (and the buses now have aircon!). Kim is an excellent owner, providing all the essentials and a lot of information about the surrounding areas, travel and restaurants (we loved Pignatelle for something a bit more French). Beaulieu we know well and love as it has a great beach for the kids, lovely restaurants for all the family and you can get most things you need from the shops and market. We will definitely be returning at some point, I can highly recommend the property.

Sunny, well-situated spot in Beaulieu

We were doing our RYA Day Skipper practical in Beaulieu, and needed a place to stay. Kim's flat was the perfect spot. Sunny, roomy, well-equipped and immaculate. Comfy bed, a short walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants - we had a brilliant time, and would not hesitate to go back. Booking was very easy; Kim posted us her keys to the UK, and we posted them back on our return.

Lovely accomodation and beautiful scenery.

An extremely well equiped and clean apartment with a contempory feel close to a very pleasant beach, shops, restaurants and an excellent cheap bus/train service to nearby Nice and Monte Carlo. i would throughly recommend the aparment, set in this beautiful area of France.
