Hi Jonie. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us detailed feedback so we can improve. We will address the cleaning issues internally as this is unacceptable and not up to our standard. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will also relay your comments regarding the liquid measuring cup, AC unit, and grill to the home owner and our maintenance team to address ASAP. Please note that we only provide a starter pack of amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc) and anything needed beyond that is the responsibility of the guest.
