Beautiful apartment! We had such a nice visit in Florence and loved staying at Conte Jacobo. Big rooms, comfortable beds, spotless apartment, and great location. We would stay here again in a second. Everyone was extremely helpful both before our trip with helping to arrange transportation and with questions during our stay. Thank you!

Weekend in Florence

The property is gorgeous and well-equipped. Fantastic location which is close to all the sights. Property manager was fantastic and she arranged one of our best dinners in Florence.

Amazing place! Perfect location.

Everything about this property was perfect. From the simple check-in and kind hosts, to the beautifully decorated and spacious property, to the location that is literally right next to everything that’s happening while also being quiet and peaceful. This has been our favorite place to stay in Italy to date.

Perfect location, very luxurious!

We had the best time staying at this apartment in Florence. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and every room was beautiful and spacious. It is in a perfect location, close to everything without being too noisy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Beautiful apartment with great, high quality furnishings, beautiful living room and kitchen. Equivalent to a 5-star hotel stay with all the extra room. Location was great and the staff were really warm and helpful. Would happily go back.

We can’t say enough about this fabulous accommodation! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was there to help with our every need. From arranging unforgettable experiences, to booking reservations at some of the finest restaurants, Cecilia and her team made our trip to Florence more than we could have imagined. Entering apartment made the stay so much more memorable. Located in the heart of the city provided a luxurious feel and a wonderful stay to relax between sightseeing, Tuscany wine tours, shopping and fine dining. Will definitely be back for another stay. Perfect place perfect location!

We had six adults in our family group. The place was fantastic! Like staying in a beautiful art museums with lovely frescos, open spaces to meet and large en-suite bedrooms for great rest and slumber. AC and an elevator made it easy to bring our luggage. The location is perfectly located to all major areas and close to the Arno River. We would definitely love to return and stay longer. Great staff and great overall value!

Best Shirt Term Rental in Florence!

Everything was as advertised in the pictures and description. The frescos on every ceiling are gorgeous. Great living, kitchen, bedrooms and firstclass bathrooms. No attention to detail was spared. We'll definitely be back.

Best apartment ever

I can’t even begin to say how amazing this apartment was. We never wanted to leave- brand new amenities in a gorgeous restored building. This apartment was steps to everything, amazing location. And Cecilia was over the top fantastic- helped coordinate rides and restaurants, went above and beyond in every way. You just stay here! As good or better than a five star hotel.

Quiet Rome

The property is vintage Rome with wonderful eccentricities and eclectic touches. The neighborhood offered a quiet respite at night after a busy day in the heart of Rome. The staff was amazing from start to finish including recommending a neighborhood fresh air market, restaurants, and cafe. A wonderful experience.

This is a very luxurious and spacious accommodation on par with any 5 star hotel. A splendid remodel of a Florentine palace pairing all the modern comforts with beautifully restored and lit ceiling frescos in every room. On top of these unique features, add an extremely responsive host, a great walkable location and a fully equipped new kitchen and much more.

This property was FANTASTIC!

It was one of the nicest apartments i have ever been in. The pictures were very accurate and still didn't do justice to how nice the place is. Each room had a full King size bed and its own beautiful bathroom and the beds were very comfortable! The apartment was one block from the river and walking distance to everything in the city center. The host has a team that was easy to deal with and helped us with car bookings before we arrived and would have helped with other things had we asked. I would highly recommend!! This would be great for a family with teens and would be just as amazing for a trip with 3 adult couples!

A tranquil spacious place

We had a wonderful time in Florence in this spacious and beautifully decorated apartment - its central and convenient location meant we could walk everywhere and return home to a quiet haven. Each of the bedrooms was large and very comfortable (with extremely soft sheets!) and the kitchen and living areas meant we could spread out comfortably. Check in was easy and friendly, as was all communication. I highly recommend the apartment for those wanting more space and amenity than in a hotel. Only very small suggestion is that there were no instructions for dealing with the rubbish (we were there for 5 nights and I wasn’t sure how to best seperate the bins into recycling etc).
