Modern and contemporary new build in the urbanizacion Blue Sunset surrounded by beautiful mountain views and well maintained gardens with a communal pool for adults and children.

The open plan living area has 2 sofa's, flat screen tv, dining area seating 6 and a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and coffee machine.
The living area opens onto the terrace overlooking mountain and golf course views with dining table seating 6.
Both king size bedrooms open onto another terrace overlooking sea views with a small seating area.
Air conditioning and WIFI throughout.
Linen and towels provided for your stay.
Free welcome pack on arrival includes water, milk, biscuits, jam and a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
