The Space:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 can be set up as a queen bed or as 2 single beds, bedroom 3 has a queen bed (bedroom 3 can only be accessed via bedroom 1 or bedroom 2). The master bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The second bathroom has a shower.

• Occupancy: Max 6 registered guests (no unregistered visitors overnight)
• Quiet hours (house policy): 23:00–08:00; please respect our neighbours and local ordinances
• Events: No parties, stag/hen or amplified music outdoors
• Smoking: No smoking indoors; permitted only in outdoor areas, use ashtrays
• Pets: Well behaved dogs by prior request; owner responsible for pet hygiene & damages
• Pool: No lifeguard—swim at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times; no glass by the pool
• Waste & recycling: Use the public containers and follow posted guidance; deposit household waste in the evening window (typically 20:00–23:00 in summer; 19:00–23:00 in winter)
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for your stay. This is processed as a credit card pre-authorisation. No funds will be charged to your card unless a debit card or Apple Pay is used. Provided there is no damage to the property, the pre-authorisation will be released within two days of your check-out.
• Damages / deposit: Report any damage immediately; costs may be charged from the deposit
• Legal ID: All adult guests must provide ID for the mandatory traveller registry before arrival
