Outside, there is off-road allocated parking for one car, a patio area with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as on-site EV charging and a communal lawn garden. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Further on-site facilities include a shared splash/plunge pool and tennis court with seasonal opening hours. You can find a shop within 1 mile, a pub and restaurant on-site and a beach within a mile. Woodmans Cottage is a lovely base for a retreat to Cornwall.

Town: Budock Water, a small rural community just west of Falmouth, is close to all the attractions that this lovely region has to offer. After a day of exploring, there are numerous riverside bars and eateries to unwind in the area. There are also several beaches close by, and just 3 miles away are excellent sailing and watersports opportunities on the Helford River and river estuary. Maenporth and Swanpool offer canoe rental, and Maenporth also offers diving lessons.
