Balaia Golf Village lies in beautifully maintained gardens just over 1 mile from the eastern edge of the vibrant resort of Albufeira. There are numerous restaurants nearby to cater for all tastes and the nearest beach is just over 1km away. This well maintained and equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, superior grade apartment is on the top floor (of 3) in a block of 16, close to the golf clubhouse. The village has 6 pools , tennis courts, a par 3 golf course, a bowling green and indoor leisure centre
The space
Apartment 749 is fully air-conditioned and benefits from a Fogo Mantana wood burning stove for the cooler months. The lounge has 2 x 2.5 seater sofas and a footstool whilst the dining area has a round table with 6 dining chairs. The lounge is equipped with a 42" TV as well as a DVD player. Guests are provided with free of charge access to our dedicated up to 100mbps wi-fi connection. The kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and more than sufficient crockery and cutlery. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in a small utility cupboard within the apartment.
The master bedroom features a 5ft bed (queen size), a 32" TV, a desk/dressing table and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The integrated en suite has a large walk in shower, twin vanity units and toilet. The large mirror and towel rail are both electrically heated. The second bedroom has twin beds, a 24" TV and plenty of wardrobe and storage. The apartment also has a main bathroom with bath (shower over), wash-hand basin, toilet and bidet.
All 3 TVs in the apartment are independently able to receive more than 200 channels.
The apartment has a balcony, accessed by patio doors from both the lounge and master bedroom. It faces west and so gets the sun right through from late morning to sunset. It overlooks the village's golf driving range (from behind the golfers) and so has unrestricted view for several hundred metres. The balcony has a dining table, 6 chairs, 2 sun-loungers, a remote-controlled and electrically operated awning and a Weber Q gas barbecue.
The nearest swimming pool (with paddling pool) is just 60 yards away at the end of the block. The golf clubhouse is the same distance and offers bar and restaurant facilities.
Please note that pets are NOT allowed and the apartment is a no smoking area.
