apartment is on the ground floor with a sea-view porch and furnished
veranda for outdoor dining. The various rooms of the house are simple,
modern and cozy.
The living room is furnished with a table
and chairs for dining and a well-equipped open kitchen. To the left of
the living room, a hallway with armchair leads to the first shower room and 1 double room with pull-out bed.
Also from the living room is the 2 double bedrooms. The second shower room completes the house.

The vacation home is located on the second floor of a new complex 50 meters from the sea of Torre Vado, and just a few kilometers from the beaches of Marina di Pescoluse, a perfect solution for quiet vacations on the sea of Salento.
The property is a short walk from the center of the Lower Salento marina, where in summer there are all the main services as well as a marina in the shadow of the characteristic tower.
Staying here also makes it easy to reach Santa Maria di Leuca,
which is just 8 kilometers away, one of the most popular vacation
destinations in Salento, famous for its sanctuary, lighthouse, sea caves
and eclectic seaside villas.
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Washer, dryer and iron/ironing board available upon request.
