PRIME CENTRAL LOCATION
Cà MATILDE is located in a super-central and convenient spot, just a few steps from Campo Santo Stefano and Palazzo Grassi.
The San Samuele and Sant’Angelo vaporetto stops are both within easy walking distance. If you prefer to arrive by private water taxi, the nearest water taxi landing is also very close to the apartment.
The location allows you to explore Venice comfortably on foot while also having convenient access to public water transportation.

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

PETS: No pets allowed

EXTRA FEES
The Venice City Tax is an additional mandatory charge required by the City of Venice.
The tax is €3 per person per day, up to a maximum of 5 days, and must be paid by the guest in cash at check-in.
Upon check-in, valid identification documents for all guests must be presented, as required by Italian law. A refundable deposit of 200 euros will be required from all guests upon request.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, NOT LATER, by appointment.
We personally welcome our guests at the apartment.
Self-check-in is not available.

HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
The apartment is equipped with both central heating and air conditioning.
The operation of the heating system is regulated by Italian law and by the regulations applicable in the Province of Venice. Central heating is normally available from October 15 through April 15.
The air-conditioning system is available during the warmer months, normally from May 1 through October 1, in accordance with applicable regulations.
These operating periods are established in accordance with the regulations of the City of Venice and applicable Italian legislation.
