Nuestra cabaña de huéspedes se encuentra junto a nuestro registro personalizado y casa de piedra nativa en 5. 4 acres de propiedad arbolada con 450 | pies de frente de río. Recientemente raleamos los árboles a lo largo del río manteniendo una barrera de privacidad pero mejorando la vista y el acceso para nosotros y nuestros invitados. Todo lo que necesita se puede encontrar localmente en la ciudad de Norfork. Reserve una guía de pesca para la trucha en el río o el stripper, leucomas y el tipo de pez en el lago. Por la noche, disfrute de los sonidos del río en la cubierta posterior y luego contemple el fuego crepitante frente a los cócteles. Es el destino perfecto para un viaje de pesca épico o una escapada tranquila.

Cozy Cabin on the White River

Great River Retreat

Angela and Arno’s property on the North Fork River was nothing short of extraordinary. It was super clean and tidy, and also very secluded while remaining close to town. We will definitely be returning.

Awesome, relaxing long weekend

This property exceeded our, and will exceed your expectations in every way. The owners were so helpful guiding us in as we checked in quite late. Everything about the property and cabin are absolutely perfect. Attention to detail is incredible. We will be back for more visits in the future. Spring getaway

Great place

We enjoyed relaxing at the cabin. The fishing on the other hand not so much. Where this is they dump a lot of water in and if you want to wade fish it isn’t ideal unless want to go late in the day. We didn’t bring a boat so if want to fish more bring a boat. The cabin was nice but our wish was to be able to walk to the water from a secluded cabin and that isn’t possible here. It is too steep. The renters were super nice but your right next door so not secluded! But they as I said were nice and never were a bother. You will defiantly enjoy sitting on the deck and listening to the water!!! The renters shared fresh chicken eggs which the grandchildren loved to go get! We loved our stay!

Hidden Gem!

This is by far the nicest, cleanest, and fully stocked VRBO cabin we ever stayed at. Angela and Arno had thought of everything when stocking this cabin with everything anyone could possible need. Angela and Arno were both extremely kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. Upon our arrival, we were treated to a bottle of wine that waiting for us in the cabin. Angela invited us to partake in checking the family bee hives, which they have on the far side of there property, and our daughter and son-in-law thought was very thoughtful and enjoyed the experience. The cabin sits approx. only 50 yards from the North Fork River, a beautiful view, which can be enjoyed from the wrap around deck. Be sure to spend a day on Norfork Lake. We had rented a pontoon from Tracy Ferry Marina, which is only 25-20 minutes from the cabin, and was probably the highlight of our trip. Several outstanding restaurants in the area. One of our favorites, The Grill at Whispering Woods is a must. We also took advantage of the gas grill, which is located on the beatiful patio next to the fire pit. The grill was covered, clean, and had all the utensils needed to be your own chef. It was very warm and humid when we stayed, so we were forced to eat in side, where the cabin had no problems staying cool, however the cabin did lack dining for 4 inside. Plenty of room for dining on the deck, but was to warm for us. If your reading this review, then your doing your homework in looking for that perfect place to stay. Look no further, you found it! Thanks Arno and Angela!

Great secluded river front cabin

We had a great time celebrating the wife’s Birthday at this immaculate cabin. The river front location is great and the excellent hosts made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Getaway Paradise!

This cabin was just what we were looking for! It is right on the North Fork of the White River and less than a 5 min drive from the center of Norfork, AR. We stayed 2 days and fished all day the 1st day on the river and spent the second day indoors since it rained most of the day. Luckily there were board games to entertain us. It was nice to get away from the distractions of TV and WiFi and have a weekend to ourselves. The owners are very friendly but allow you to have your privacy. Highly recommend this property!

Labor Day Getaway

My wife and I recently stayed in Arno and Angela's cabin for a Labor Day weekend getaway. The location was perfect - located in a private setting directly on the river at the end of the road, yet only 2 minutes to the town of Norfork, 10 minutes to the amazing local restaurant of Whispering Woods, and a quick 15 minutes to Mountain Home. We made multiple trips into town and the cabin never felt far. During our stay we saw 15+ deer as well as a couple bald eagles from the patio. The cabin was very well represented online and was well stocked for our stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for making meals and the beds were comfortable for a good night's rest. Last but not least, Arno and Angela were very responsive with their communication during our stay. They were present and available but gave us nothing but privacy unless we requested something. They even brought over some freshly picked figs from their yard, as well as some fresh eggs from their chickens that made a fantastic breakfast. Overall, this is a great cabin for all types of stays - private getaway, fishing trip, or a nice stay just out of town. Thanks Arno & Angela!

Such a beautiful quiet property. Arno and Angela are perfect hosts. Gave excellent recommendations for dinner. The cabin is perfect for 4 adults. We spent most time on the deck in the evenings. Bugs not a problem. I'm sure the chickens on property take care of that. We enjoyed the fresh eggs they shared. The firepit area allowed us to enjoy a cookout. Plenty of spices already in cabin for seasonings. The 🍷 was a nice treat! The daily visits from their friendly dogs were a bonus. Would love to come back and check out new improvements for fishing dock. Cindy and Steven

Cabin on the North Fork River - Perfect Fishing Getaway

This cabin was so cute and comfortable! Provided a peaceful and quiet getaway, with terrific access to great trout fishing on the Norfork River (walkup access from the property) and the White River (a short drive away). There's even an amazing restaurant 10 minutes down the road!

Outstanding Place

Very good location, outstanding cabin and kept very nice. Owners were kind and warm upon our arrival but not overbearing and allowed us to enjoy our stay. They strike the perfect balance between warm and welcoming while allowing you to enjoy the seclusion of the location. Great place!!!

Great Cabin For A River Getaway

My son and I just spent 2 nights in the cabin and it was a great trip. The cabin is pretty new, well located, and the owner Arno is very accommodating. The cabin is right on the Norfork River and is fully stocked. We grilled steaks on the gas grill and there is a smoker available as well. Arno recommended an awesome trout guide and we caught 168 fish with James Southard of nearby Rose Trout Dock. Overall we caught an incredible 255 trout for 2 half days and one full day of fishing. I look forward to coming back to the cabin. Nathan Gairhan

Relaxing river getaway.

We planned this vacation at the very last minute as a short weekend getaway. The customer reviews convinced us to stay here. We loved it! Angela and Arno were the very best of hosts. We arrived late on Friday and they gave perfect directions to their cabin. We had a bottle of good wine and fresh baked cookies waiting on us when we arrived. We all woke to their beautiful view of the Norfork River and enjoyed fresh eggs that our hosts had left for us. Following Angela's advice, we took our kids on a guided fishing trip on Dry Run Creek. Both kids caught trout on fly rods for the first time! Then we ventured to Mountain Home's Reynold's Library where the children saw the dinosaur exhibit. We spent the afternoon lounging in hammocks and fishing in front of the cabin. We all had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and will definitely return. We also recommend the Justman's cabin highly.

We built our custom log home in 2000. The house was originally a vacation home, but we fell in love with the area and moved here permanently. In 2007 we added the two-bedroom guest cabin. There are few places in the U.S. like Norfork, AR. It is a hidden secret tucked away in the lower Ozark Mountains. Our property is on one of the best trout fishing rivers in the country. Five miles up the road sits Quarry Marina on beautiful Lake Norfork. We spend hundreds of happy hours as a family on the lake or down on the river fishing and enjoying the fresh air and sounds of nature. Kelley Aerial Productions did a beautiful drone video of our river which you can see on their Facebook page.
