The functional kitchen boasts your essential kitchen appliances & ample storage.



The well-proportioned bedroom features a generous standalone wardrobe, offering storage space, while the beautifully designed bathroom showcases contemporary fixtures and finishes.



Situated in Pimlico, this apartment enjoys close proximity to an array of amenities, including charming cafes, boutique shops, and gourmet restaurants. Excellent transport links, with Pimlico Underground station just a short stroll away, provide easy access to the rest of London.

The Neighborhood:

Pimlico's history is interesting and varied. Thomas Cubitt was the planner who laid down a grid of residential streets back in 1825. The architecture around Pimlico is stunning, with lots of historic Grade I I listed properties and churches. His renowned stucco-fronted terraces can be seen throughout Pimlico and Belgravia.



There are fantastic gastropubs in the area, including The Orange and the Thomas Cubbitt which we highly recommend. Hunan is an exciting Chinese culinary experience for those looking for something a bit different...there is no menu, you just tell them what you don't like and how spicy you like your food before you receive multiple amazing tapas-sized dishes. It's a tiny restaurant so you will likely need to book! Other restaurants worth a visit include Cambridge Street Kitchen, Moo Cantina, About Thyme Bar & Bistro and O'Sole Mio



Pimlico Road Farmer's Market is set on Orange Square and showcases a multitude of local British produce. Tachbrook Street market is a buzzing hive of activity and the perfect spot to collect some fresh groceries.



If you are looking for a bit of culture, it's a short walk to the Tate Britain to enjoy an exhibition or head to St James Theatre on the site of the former Westminster Palace.



St John's Smith Square is situated in historic Old Westminster and is well worth a visit.



A 15-minute walk away is Sloane Square and Chelsea's Kings Road for some retail therapy and yet more restaurants, bars, cafes and delis. Also a 15-minute walk away is the Royal Hospital, the site of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.



The world-renowned museums VA, Natural History and Science Museum are two stops on the tube from Victoria Station to South Kensington which is 15 minutes from the flat

The west end London theatre land is a mere 20 mins from the flat and Battersea Park is just a 10 minute walk away.



Getting Around:

Victoria Train, Tube & Bus Station is just 5 minutes away by car. Otherwise your nearest tube station is Pimlico and this is 2 minutes away.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.



Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.



If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.



We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.



Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.



Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.



The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
