We love living here and hope you enjoy Brighton and the beach as much as we do!!
Our flat, spread across 3/4 floors, is right in the middle of town on one of the main food streets with cocktail bars and pubs all within seconds of the door. The beach is at the bottom of the street - 100m away. Pictures of
the sea are from our window.
We’re particularly well set up for families or for small groups. If the weather isn't great we have a playroom with an indoor climbing frame.
The space:
Our house is set over 4 floors. We have 5 bedrooms although we use one as a playroom and doesn't have any beds in.
On the first floor is the utility room, kitchen and living area.
Second floor is the bathroom , then the double bedroom and kids playroom and climbing frame which can have a travel cot in and be used as an extra kids bedroom.
Third floor is the shower room, then main bedroom with king bed and kids room with toddler bed and bunk beds, the bunks are suitable for children / teenagers or small adults.
Forth floor is the loft which has a double bed and also desk space for two people, we use as an office, which you’re welcome to use if you want an extra space to work.
The kitchen is set up with everything you will need to cook with. It’s our family home and you’re welcome to use any of our things, tea and coffee, salt and oil etc
Guest access: All of the property.
We do live at this house for part of the year so we ask that you wouldn’t use all of the wardrobes or drawers though we will make space available for you to hang some clothes etc
Other things to note!
Our house is right in the middle of town, on the Main Street for food and drinks. It can be lively, particularly in the front bedrooms, on weekends. The back bedrooms (double and kids room) is quiet.
We are 100m from the sea front.
Please note this is our home which we rent while we are away. We leave the house immaculately clean and tidy as you'll see from the previous reviews. But we don't fully clear our wardrobes etc, but do make space for you to have some hanging space while you're staying.
