Marina Gardens, Relaxing Duplex in Central Location

Thank you for reviewing your stay. We thank you as well for bringing into our attention the reported issues. Please notice the furniture is actually upgraded when compared with the pictures in the advertisement namely the large wardrobe in the main bedroom, the dresser in the twin bedroom as well as the large Smart TV, dinner and coffee table in the lounge. The bathroom towels are sized for both hand and bath size and we left 2 sets of each for each guest (4 bathroom towels and also 1 swimming pool towel per guest). We are very sorry for the temporary breakage of the gate of the private car park at arrival which wasnt mentioned in the check-in information. We apologize as well for the unforseen issues with the eletricity and fire alarm which couldn’t have been predicted and were unfortunate to happen during your stay. We apologize again for these unforseen issues which were promptly fixed as soon as reported and for the inconvenience it caused during your Stay.

Thank you for reviewing your Stay. We always do our best for our guests to have a great Stay and we are sorry for the unsatisfactory issues you now report. We are sorry as well you didn’t mention any of them previously as we would have been glad to help to sort them out to make your Stay more pleasant. On the day of your arrival we apologized immediately when we realized the first information we sent 10 days before arrival was for another apartment (which is actually located far away). Fortunately we always communicate frequently with our guests and on the day before your arrival we sent you again the apartment location, main references and address to your WhatsApp and that is why you arrived at the correct location. As soon as we received your WhatsApp call we were able to guide you through the check-in process quickly and smoothly and within no longer than five minutes you were comfortably settled at the apartment. Regarding the patios issues we set up the apartment on the day before your arrival, but later on that night there were rain showers that probably caused a few leaves and flowers to fall from the 2 trees located in the south patio and also for the water to accumulate in the sun lounges mats of the North Patio. If any of these Patio issues had been reported either on arrival or in the two occasions we went to meet you on the next day, we would have been glad to sort them out. Regarding the bed and towel change we left an extra set of sheets and towels in the top of the closets of both bedrooms which was complementary to the 3 beds (1 double and 2 single) we prepared for your Stay of 2 guests. Please notice that midholiday cleaning service is not included in the apartment rental description, but we would have gladly organized it upon your request. Finally we believe the items we provide for our guests are appropriate and clearly described in the apartment description and we also provide extra items we think to be useful that we don’t even mention. Please notice for any additional needs our guests have the nearest Supermarket just across the street. Once again we are sorry that all these issues were not reported as we were glad to have helped as our guests happiness and comfort is for us the most important.
