Fantástico condominio primera planta! Un Edificio - Unidad del extremo.

Condominio muy amplia con 1.100 pies cuadrados de área y hermoso balcón con acceso desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal, sala de estar, cocina y todos tienen fantásticas vistas del Golfo. Condominio ubicado en el primer piso para facilitar el acceso a la playa. La baldosa cerámica en todo condominio.

Encimeras de mármol y gabinetes en cocinas junto con tocadores de mármol cultivadas y las tapas en los baños. Situado en las Dunas de Complejo Panamá. Amplio aparcamiento con una plaza de aparcamiento cubierto asignado a la unidad. Friendly, ambiente familiar asegura el disfrute de todos los huéspedes.

Great place to stay in Panama City Beach

Upon arrival we found the condo to be clean, nicely furnished, roomy and very comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. The location is convenient, quiet and very easy to access. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location, but smelly inside.

Location was great. Ease of use (keypad code) a plus. Beds & furniture nice. Great view of sunset. BUT...it smelled like wet dog or simply urine inside. It was right off the stairwell and the smell was about the same when you walked in. I had to buy air fresheners and a swiffer to try to help make it smell better. The swiffer was also because the floor turned my children's feet black. Dirty! I used 5 mop sheets throughout and they were all nasty. The bathroom sinks were both too tall for my almost 5 yr olds to reach. Overall, we were just thankful to have friends staying in the neighboring resort so we basically just slept in ours.

Terribly disappointed

Property is NOT as pictured. Unit was filthy so our first trip was to Walmart for cleaning supplies! Had to clean floors twice to get black gunk off. Also had to clean bathrooms, bed linens, and towels and washcloths (questionable stains requiring disinfectant). Used chewing tobacco left on nightstand in guest room along with a sticky substance down wall and on floor in guest room. We were delayed getting into unit by the “cleaning” staff. Not sure what they were doing because it certainly wasn’t cleaning! Living room had feathers from a pillow strewn on the floor and under sofa and entertainment center. It would be nice if our cleaning fee was refunded! Furniture (beds, sofa and armless chairs) VERY uncomfortable. Seating only for 4 adults “un-comfortably”. Unit is very outdated. Beware, you are renting on a PUBLIC beach - not very clean. Pros for unit: 1- Owner allowed our large dogs with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Our dogs are more well behaved than most children and cleaner than most people. We had to clean before we allowed our dogs in the unit!!! 2- Good parking. 3- nice amenities (pools, beach access) 4- beach service 5- staff was courteous (guard stand personnel) I’m sure owner will say we should have contacted him about the issues while we were there but why would I want the same “cleaning” crew back that didn’t clean before we arrived! In addition, I’m sure he wasn’t prepared to replace all the furniture and repaint the unit!

The unit was not clean and falling apart. Contacted owner, he said would refund money but didn’t.

We contacted the owner to let him know we had some issues with the condo. We arrived at about 5 pm and still not heard from the owner on how to get into the condo and which condo unit or any other information. I text owner at 4pm but didn’t hear from him. Text again at 5pm and had to wait in parking lot to hear from him about how to get into his condo. When we got into unit it was dirty. Floors made mud when we spilled some water on kitchen tile. Made our feet black. Closet doors were broken and dusty. Floors sandy, furniture scratched, ceiling peeling, outdoor furniture rusty, master bathroom was not pictured and very tiny and had mildew on ceiling and door and in corners. We were trying to make the best of it but decided to call the owner to see if he could get someone to clean. The owner told us to just leave and text him when we were out and he would give us our money back. This was at 7-8pm at night. I had my elderly mom and daughter with me and very tired after a long day of travel. We had no where to go. I guess he thought we should leave at that moment but had already unpacked groceries and lugged in all our belongings. We stayed the night and left the next day early. The owner charged us for one night plus fees which included a CLEANING FEE!!! And his per night fee is very high was not what this place is worth! I am just sick about having to pay what we did for just 14 hours. The owner should be charging much less for this unit even if it were cleaned properly. We ultimately found another condo in same area that was beautiful, spacious, clean and allowed our dog for $10 less/night. The owner needs to reassess his fees and visit the place himself. He did ask for pictures and a description of what our issuers were. I did text him the pics and issues but he still charged us for one night plus fees and cleaning . We wasted a day of our short vacation because we could not check into new unit at another location until 4pm. I do not recommend staying here.

Exactly what we needed!!!!

Tony was an amazing host, made sure we had everything we needed. Answered any questions we had about the area. But most of all we were able to bring our fur babies with us and they enjoyed their week stay at the beach. Excellent location right next to the dog walk for the babies. Just down the stairs and sidewalk to the beach or across the walkway to the pool. We look forward to another stay there! Angie & Steve

Amazing Pet Friendly Resort

Tony was a wonderful host. He's the only person that we have ever rented from who bothered to text and make sure that everything was well, before we arrived. He sent me the code to get in and told us that our parking passes were in the condo. The resort itself was set up perfectly. We were just a short walk from the beach and the pool was right next to the beach. We also loved that it was very pet friendly and we were able to take our fur girls with us this time. We loved it so much that we will be back in 3 weeks.

This place is awesome! My family and I love this condo! We have rented this one, and another unit owned by Tony, for the past 3 summers and I can tell you that it's been a wonderful experience! The best part is we can bring my fur baby with us! You can't beat the condo for the price and location!

Home away from home

I would like to say we truly enjoyed our stay at Dunes of Panama. It was a very nice place just like home away from home. We had everything there we needed with plenty of room that made for a comfortable enjoyable time. Being able to take my Yorkies was wonderful. We had the most awesome view of the sunset in the evenings. And it was easy getting in and out, close to restaurants and some shopping if you wanted. I would highly recommend this place Dunes of Panama. This will be a place I hope to be using again. And being not able to walk up and down stairs here the elevator is easily accessible and being a one floor condo with no steps inside made it much better me. The condo is beautifully decorated with nice appliances.tony you and your wife are wonderful and can see you took others in consideration decorating and making it a very pleasant place to stay. A place to walk the puppies and with security going around at night made it so pleasant to sit out at night on the balcony and listen to the Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us and our Babies, our Yorkies!!! Looking at the photos of Tony and his wife's condo are just what you have when you get there. Plenty of accessories to cook with and comfortable seating inside and out. Thank you both again for sharing your home away from home with us and watch the Dolphins and an amazing beautiful breathtaking sunset. You have a great pool and peaceful place to walk your Babies(Yorkies). Look forward to staying here again and again. ❤️🙅🐾🐩 Pris & Sam

Home away from home

Dunes of Panama

We stayed the month of February with our two small dogs and had a great experience. Good view of the beach and sunset and plenty of parking. Good security. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very nice to deal with. We will be staying another month next year.

Dunes of Panama

We stayed in this condo for a week! It is absolutely wonderful to bring our lab with us and stay in such an amazing place! We spent so much time out on the balcony looking out at the ocean eating breakfast, relaxing and always ended up there at the end of the evening before heading to bed! The amenities and the condition of the unit were just as described and the photos were accurate. The beach was beautiful and only a short walking distance away. The outdoor pool was inviting and well maintained, as were the grounds! The location is perfect for touring, shopping, and many places to choose from for eating out. We are hoping to stay here again and again! Tony and his wife were amazing to deal with considering our situation! They couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you again for letting us stay in you condo!

As our perfect vacation spot, we decided that one day we will retire here. We enjoy every minute we are fortunate enough to spend here in the Dunes. I was born very close to the east coast and we always vacationed there, however when I first came to PCB in 1982 I absolutely feel in love with the sugar white sands and the people and decided this was going to be my retirement home along with my vacation spot. 15 years later I bought my first condo here and my family relocated here in 2005. That is a great testimony to our love for this area and why providing our condos for others to rent does provide us with great pleasure because we know our guests will have a fantastic vacation.
