- The flat is located on the 2nd floor and accessed via two flights of stairs — there’s no lift, so please consider this when travelling with heavy luggage. - Like most London period buildings, there’s no AC, but two fans are provided and the flat benefits from good air circulation when windows are open. - 2 key sets are clearly labelled for ease of use.

To help protect our properties and community while ensuring a seamless guest experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider).
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process.

Fire Safety - No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard. - No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns. - Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer for drying clothes. - Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits. - EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

The perfect London nest
The location of the appartment was exactly what we were looking for. The property was better than in the pictures and very stylishly put together, everything was clean, tidy, well furnished and comfortable. Communication with the property managers was flawless: they were very attentive to our well being during the stay. We will for sure book it again.

Looks great but falls short
For the price charged for this property it wasn’t in the best condition. The upstairs neighbour complained to me about sheets and towels left in her way which wasn’t my problem. If you have large suitcases be are there are four sets of stairs to scale which can be hard in any Victorian terrace but this should be in the property description. I was disappointed when I have stayed in equivalent properties at a lesser price.

Price ultimately depends on the time of the year and the location and we are in line with the local area. Please feel free to reach out in the future as we can offer less expensive alternatives.
As for the stairs, you can use elevator filter during your search to selector properties with this amenity - due to age of London buildings few have elevators fitted.
Our neighbour is of gracious age and sometimes she just looks for opportunity to chat. Sorry if this put you off.
