Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process.

Fire Safety - No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard. - No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns. - Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer for drying clothes. - Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits. - EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

Our London stay
The apartment was very roomy and well-stocked with supplies. Thank you! It was relatively close to the underground tube. Our only suggestions are to place a few more fans in the apartment, as it got very warm, and to provide directions on how to work the locks. I would recommend this apartment to others. I believe they would enjoy their stay.

Updated house, but bare minimum corporate VRBO housing. Three communication lines (whatsApp, MoreThanStays website, and Vrbo). Difficult to get immediate help. Not equipped for family stay-in dinners. MISSING THE STREET FACING WINDOW COVERINGS. Makes for bright and uneasy nights. Checkout process was perfect.

Thank you for your feedback — and I’m glad to hear the checkout process was perfect.
I’m genuinely sorry the stay felt a bit “bare minimum” and that reaching us didn’t feel immediate. We use Vrbo WhatsApp our guest portal to make sure there’s always a backup channel, but it should never feel like you’re being bounced around — we’re tightening this so there’s one clear “fastest way” for urgent help.
Most importantly: you were absolutely right to flag the missing street-facing window coverings. That should not have happened, and I’m sorry it affected your comfort and sleep. The coverings have now been replaced, and we’ve added an extra pre-arrival checklist step so this can’t be missed again.
Thank you again for staying with us — your notes are helpful and we’re using them to improve the experience for families and longer stays.
