1 large bedroom with lots of closet space and attached full equipped bathroom.

Max number of guests allowed is 2 persons.

You have exclusive use of this apartment during your entire stay.
The main entrance of the apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs where you will enter the hallway.

You will find a large living room, with seating area and large dining table.
Via the hallway you wil enter a separate dining aera with open kitchen and large dining table.
Wide staircase leads you from the hallway to the bedroom with beautiful built-in wardrobes, king-size bed and fully equipped bathroom.

Taxi pick-up from Amsterdam Airport is one of our standard services and free of charge.

The apartment is only 8 minutes by tram from the central train station with very good train connections from Amsterdam Airport.

There are several large parking garages with competitive rates in this neighborhood.

We could also provide a "Parking space" in a private parking garage for only €30,00 per day!

IMPORTANT: The private parking garage is a only a few hundred meter from the apartment!

Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidentals. Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim.
The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.

Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit.
