El apartamento está situado en el centro de una calle característica del centro histórico, a pocos pasos del famoso puente de Rialto. En el segundo piso de un edificio de principios del siglo XX. Equipado con una gran sala de estar con cocina americana, dormitorio, baño con ducha y dos terrazas, una al sur con vistas al jardín privado y vistas a los tejados y terrazas donde es agradable desayunar, relajarse, tomar un aperitivo
la otra da a la calle que conduce al Campo Sant 'Aponal, con vistas a los campanarios de San Silvestro y Sant' Aponal, donde es agradable descansar.
A pocos pasos se encuentra el famoso y colorido mercado de pescado, frutas y verduras. Dos supermercados y otros servicios esenciales, como farmacias de lavandería y cajeros automáticos debajo de la casa. A pesar de estar ubicado en el corazón de Venecia, es muy tranquilo.

We were pleasantly surprised how perfect this apartment was for us. Mariana met us at the San Silverstro Water Bus stop and walked us to the property (3 minute walk). It was very clean and well equipped. Venice was about half way into our 4 week vacation and having the new washing machine on site was great. The views from our two terraces were outstanding. The property is in a great location and we found it quite easy to find our way around. There were many restaurants to choose from for an excellent meal. It was nice to have a grocery store close by to pick up a few things for breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks. We would highly recommend this property.

Zentral gelegen und sehr gemütlich

Wir wurden von Mariana vom Wasserbus abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht, wo sie uns auch alle Dinge erklärt hat. Parallel dazu hat sie uns Infos per WhatsApp gesendet. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden und abends kann man bei einem Wein auf einer der beiden Balkone den Abend ausklingen lassen

Location Location!!!

This property is in a great location...literally 2 minutes from the San Silvestre vaporetto stop! Nearby groceries.... 4 minutes to Rialto Market! Many steps to the apartment.....but 2 nice balconies....leather couch a little low to the ground but it was doable!!Had a lovely time and Luca met us right on time!! Would stay again!!

Typically check in time would be 2 or 3:pm we were told not to check in until 5:00 pm and check out time typically would be 11:00 am we were told by Luca to be out @ 9:30 / the morning of check out Luca was there cleaning and making sure we were out pretty much pushing us to leave !! We were told the shower was not working and would be fixed on our second day of stay that did not happen ! Shower was fixed on last day of stay . There were no screens on windows and @ night the mosquitoes were in the apartment and we were getting bites and unable to sleep . Would not recommend this place to anyone !

Room for Improvement

We enjoyed the cozy apartment and it's location, which was ideal for navigating throughout Venezia. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were CHARGED EXTRA UPON ARRIVAL to use air conditioning, which was never discussed or presented upon booking several months in advance. We were also told upon arrival that although our exit time out would be 11:00am, we were required to be out an hour earlier (very rude!) so the next renters could come in. We also discovered the "brand new" internet was inoperable and useless, and we had to rely on our personal hotspots to communicate with the outside world. When we attempted to contact the property management, we did not get any response for over 36 hours, and then were dismissed without any intervention or resolution. Instead we got a reminder that the management would be on site early to ensure we would be out of the apartment early. In the many years of using VRBO and other companies, I have never had an issue with property management before this vacation. This apartment was okay; the owners/management were not.

Super apartment in the center of things, with nice terraces

Great apartment in a very central location, in the heart of everything. You walk out of the door and you have many shops and restaurants, as well as the Rialto market close by. We like this place so much, we have stayed here 3 times! Besides its location, we especially enjoy its two decks - the rear one in particular is private, and great for morning coffee or a glass of wine.

Great location

Nice property in an excellent location! Very close to the San Silvestre vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal. 5 minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge. On the 3rd floor, stairs only. Had everything we needed! Campo San Aponal is literally 30 steps from the front door, with restaurants and shops on streets running to the produce and fish markets in one direction and down the street towards Campo San Polo in the other direction.

Great property located in the middle of Venice with easy walk or Vaporetto ride to everything.

Excellent location in nice, quiet area near restaurants and shopping as well as the tourist sights. The property has two balconies and is well kept. The only reason we hesitated to give it a 5 star rating is that the garbage and waste disposal process requires the renters to "take the garbage with them" upon departure which is a bit confusing and annoying when trying to catch a early flight out of the airport. The washing machine is a time saver and useful for those staying a longer period. We usually ate breakfast at the property and a few dine-in evenings which saved us time and money. There are stairs to be aware of but if you are healthy not any problem. A nice property in a great location. We highly recommend it.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, besonderer Vorteil: 2 Balkone, Klimaanlage, zentrale Lage, von der aus man alle Ziele schnell erreichen konnte.

Perfect location and fully equipped

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 nights. We were greeted as promised and given a very useful tour of the neighborhood and the apartment. We had a wonderful time, and cannot say enough about this property. It is perfect.

Perfect location!

This apartment is just a 5 min walk from Rialto Bridge, yet is tucked down a quiet alley making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring this wonderful city. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The two terraces are what really stand out: the small front terrace (off the kitchen) was a great spot for some afternoon shade, whilst the larger back terrace (off the bedroom) overlooking the roof tops, was where we spent our evenings enjoying a few glasses of wine. Communication with the owner was good and Luca met us on our arrival and guided us to the apartment, where he gave us lots of information about the property and tips about transport, shops etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to any couple visiting the city of Venice.

tolle Lage - 2 Balkone - empfehlenswert für Kurzaufenthalte

Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone (Sonne früh bis abend!), viel Licht und eine super Lage. Die Wohnung ist über einige Treppen erreichbar. Das Bett bräuchte mal wieder eine neue Matratze aber ansonsten ist alles super. Bettwäsche, Klopapier, Handseife, etc. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Luca) hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und uns herzlich begrüßt. Die Ferienwohnung ist beim Campo St.Aponal. Die Rialtobrücke ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß weg- auch der Markt und ein Supermarkt sind ums Eck. Man kann alles per Fuß erreichen. Zu den Kosten der Ferienwohnung kommen die Heizkosten (bzw. Klima) und die Tourismusabgabe hinzu. Für einen Kurztrip ist die Wohnung perfekt!

Great Location and amenities.

Luca was a great host and met us at the boat station and took us on our short walk to our apartment. The location was perfect. Away from the noise and gave us a chance to walk around some of the more residential "local" areas. The apartment is an easy walk to the Rialto bridge as well. The apartment was appointed well with everything you need including morning coffee. Two Balconies offer you a nice choice to enjoy the sounds and energy of the area.

nice apartment with a few issues

I liked the location of the apartment, and the two balconies were very nice, though the one on the street wasn't really useable. I had some problems connecting to the person who let me in, and was never even given an address. The downstairs key was a terrible problem and I had to have neighbors help me each time I had to enter. There is some wiggling up and down that needs to be done, and nothing was ever mentioned. I hated to leave the apartment knowing that I might be locked out when I returned. There was no one to contact except the owner who couldn't put my number into her system so that the person who let me in could contact me. I ended up waiting for almost an hour when I arrived at the vaporetto stop and no connection was available for my phone (no idea why I couldn't connect). This was really peculiar and not a good system. There is no way to heat bread, pizza etc. except in a microwave, which either makes it soggy or hard. The airconditioner is in the living room only, and does not reach the bedroom (we Americans, I was told, NEED to have our airconditioning ) and we pay for it - 5euro a day which wasn't mentioned until I arrived. One of the main shutters in the front which gets very strong and hot sun didn't work - no wonder we need our airconditioning.! In short a decent apartment with some problems.

Property is Nice, Good Location

We stayed at this property in Venice for 4 nights. The property was comfortable and adequate for our stay. It was convienentl to the public boat stop and a comfortable way to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Stadturlaub

Zentral gelegen, ruhig, sauber und wohnlich, ideal für ein Stadturlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett ausgestaltet und alle notwendigen Dinge sind vorhanden, wir wurden von Luca am Vaporettodock abgeholt und er hat uns alle Infos gegeben. Die Terrasse ist super, im Sommer sicher ein perfekter Ort um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
