Hungers Cottage, a single-storey property has an open-plan kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV and open fire. There are two double bedrooms, both with en-suites. Outside there is a non-enclosed garden with furniture, sauna and hot tub plus ample off-road parking. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub. Sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Petworth is also home to the 17th century stately home Petworth House, the grounds created by Capability Brown, this impressive National Trust property is well-worth visiting for its fine art and deer park.
