Una casa muy acogedora que tiene suficiente espacio para toda su familia. Tienes todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. 2 televisores grandes, cable completo e Internet completo le brindan todo lo que necesita para mantenerse conectado mientras está desconectado.

La brisa del atardecer se configura perfectamente para sus vacaciones. Cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios y 2 baños completos arriba. También arriba tiene dos porches para disfrutar de todo el aire fresco de la playa.
Bajar escaleras tiene un futón y dos dormitorios completos con baño completo. Un patio trasero muy agradable con una valla de privacidad lo convierte en una joya que admite mascotas. También disfrute de la ducha al aire libre para ver la playa o para limpiar a sus perros si se ponen un poco arenosos. También tiene una mini nevera para permitir un almacenamiento adicional de todas sus bebidas. Este es el lado tranquilo de la playa, por lo que puedes relajarte y relajarte. No olvide el bonito carrito de golf con una radio de dientes azules y una baca para llevar a su familia y todos sus juguetes a la playa. La playa está a solo unas cuadras de distancia, pero esto ayuda a hacer su vida aún más fácil. My friends and I spent a week at this beach house, and it was just as advertised! Check in was easy, house was clean, and communication was great! The location was convenient and the golf cart was amazing! We have already booked again for next year!

Loved the location. The golf cart was an added bonus, making it so easy to get to the beach with all our things. The air conditioning in this home was amazing! The host, Michael was quick to respond to any questions ! Would 100% recommend this property.

Wonderful place! Great owner!

Our stay was everything we needed! The owner was super easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for our crew! Lots of room, super clean & cozy, the golf cart made the beach trios easier, and the neighborhood was perfect for our morning walks! The screened porch was nice for chilling ehile the back porch was great to lay out and get sun while waiting for everyone to get ready lol. Definitely hope to stay again!

Great trip with a great house

Arrived at the house and everything was clean and put away. Beach was a short walk but the golf cart made it easy to get there in 2 minutes. I recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful place and a great place to vacation at

The house was very clean and well kept when we got there and is very spacious. Only a short walk from the beach but if your not wanting to walk they also have a golf cart included which is very nice. Michael was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. If this place is available while your looking for somewhere to stay in PCB book it!

Fantastic time!

The property had tons of space and appliances. It included a nice backyard, a grill, golf cart and ping pong table. Overall, a great experience and nice spring break!

Relaxing Spring Break Getaway

Great quiet location away from the crowded PCB area. Golf cart came in handy for a short trip to the beach. But, could definitely walk the short walk as well. Very spacious and accommodating. Owner was very easy to communicate with. We would for sure come back!

Lots of space!

We enjoyed staying as a family of 11 at this house. It is only 3 blocks from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The golf cart is a huge plus to transport to the beach. Loved having chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc and not having to bring it all with us from our home.

House is better than advertised. Property owner great to work with.

We had a couple of minor issues but properly owner took care of us as fast as possible. He was very kind and helpful. The golf cart is very helpful and a nice perk. We look forward to staying here again

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The golf cart was very useful to get us and all of our stuff to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. The house was clean and had a great layout for families. Great communications from owner. Thanks again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is the quintessential beach house. AND it has everything you could possibly need. The bottom floor is a teen dream. Big screen tv, video arcade game, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main floor is spacious and has all the things needed for a great vacation--screened porch with 2 ceiling fans, a huge dining table, big screen tv and a well stocked kitchen. Mike is a dream owner and was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

We had a blast!!

We had 12 people stay on our trip. The house was clean and the layout made it to where we could all have enough space that we weren’t on top of one another and privacy wasn’t an issue. The house is located a few blocks from the beach and the golf cart made that much easier to carry the tents, chairs, coolers, etc. Even though it is a few blocks, the walk wasn’t terrible and not uncomfortable if you chose to do that. There were plenty of towels and beach towels there. Along with hand soap, dish soap and dishwashing pods. The host was very easy to get in touch with and communicated wonderfully! I would definitely stay here again!

Fall break trip

Great house, I do not believe the pictures did it justice, at all! House is in a quiet neighborhood away from the touristy chaos. It was our family of 4, dog and 4 grandparents and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kids enjoyed the Arcade on the first floor. Beach is 3 blocks away, golf cart makes it about the same feel as having it right on there, especially if you are Dad and carrying everything down for the setup and bringing it back for breaking it down. Host was awesome. Very responsive & chill, check in and check out was easier than most, if not all, houses and hotels we have stayed in. I would recommend bringing a dvd player or games system for the TV downstairs if you want the second one, we just plugged the car dvd player in, but it wasn’t used at all during our trip. Great experience, great house, great trip, would definitely recommend to anyone.

overall good!

Overall very relaxing stay. Owner is quick to respond, good communication, close to beach. areas needing attention, mold in bathroom and we seen roaches everyday we were there, just needs some pest control, firat really cold night so not a surprise. Lights in back yard couldnt figure out how to get them working and very sandy on day 1 when we got there. All could be do to the fact it hadnt been used in a while. Would stay again. We came last minute also! Overall satisfied! Very relaxing week

Perfect family vacation spot

Perfect location for a family vacation…only a few blocks to the beach. We loved the neighborhood feel of the house. Everyone was so nice. We had several chairs and plenty of beach towels to use while there. Plus, a 6 person golf cart to get you back and forth with ease. The outside shower is perfect for washing off after a day at the beach and the pups had plenty of room to play after being cooped up for the day. My favorite spot was the screened in porch on the front of the house. It was perfect for my morning meditation and Bible study. And the back deck was the perfect afternoon spot to chill. There was plenty of room for the five of us. We loved playing cards in the evenings at the large dining table. We used the grill several times too. Loved that we had that option as well. And check in/out was so easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Dirty and unkempt

Rented for 3 week stay. Sleep accommodations were fine. Kitchen and cooking utensils limited, not for 10 person meal plan. Black mold,heavy dust in vents. Backyard weeds past our knees until we notified host. Microwave was replaced after reporting it had mold. Food and hole burnt through back panel. Burnt pladtic

PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY

Michael was an excellent host! He reached out ahead of time to set up door access that was easy for my family! And answered my call several times when i had questions about places nearby! If you love home cooked meals like my family, there are plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils for everyone! There were some spices available which was perfect! The place was really clean and beds were very comfy! Golf cart and video game downstairs were a HIT with my adult teens! There are 2 main grocery chains 5 min away and Walmart is about 10min east which was also perfect! Ladies, there was also a nail salon about 10min away which was also great! On a budget and needing quick simple things... well there is a Dollar Store on the main road (right before Walmart) by Pier Park. So much to do around the area! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the not so crowded beach on Sunnyside!! Overall my family and I really enjoyed our time @ Michael's Vrbo! Highly recommend! We'll definitely stay again when back in PCB. THANKS FOR HOSTING US MICHAEL!
