El piso principal tiene un concepto abierto de cocina y comedor y sala de estar. 1 dormitorio tiene cama de matrimonio. 2 dormitorios tiene un completo. Arriba, el dormitorio 3 principal tiene una cama king size con su propio baño principal con bañera enorme. 4 dormitorios tiene una cama queen. 5 dormitorios tiene una cama matrimonial con un gato y baño Jill entre ellos. Hay una sala de estar arriba que tiene ventanales con excelentes vistas. Un televisor y una mini nevera y un microondas. La sala de estar también tiene acceso a la terraza que envuelve la casa. Hay tres plazas de aparcamiento disponibles. Todos son bienvenidos, debe tener al menos 25 años para reservar y estar presente durante toda la estancia.

The house was amazing. A short walk to the beach plenty of amenities with enough room for the entire family. Was one of the only places I’ve ever stayed that I didn’t have a single issue.

Great Stay!

We brought girls down for a gymnastics camp at Edgewater Gymnastics and we had a great time! The accommodations were perfect, the owner was great with communicating and we would definitely stay there again!

Great location, great house, great time!

This property was really all you could ask for in a beach property and then some. One block away from the beach, a great kitchen and grill area, a hot tub, a little fenced in yard to keep the baby in and happy and multiple indoor hangout spots. We will definitely be back--and would highly recommend!

Great family Vacation spot.

Perfect accommodations for our family. Weather was perfect. If they could add a golf cart for the evening trip home. It would be an over the top experience. We will be back!

House was great. Very clean. The property manager kept us informed. Example was there was a water main break in the city. She let is know and even tried to draw up water in tub since we were out at the beach.

Great property and owner

This house was exactly what we expected. It was a short one block walk to the beach. Had one issue with door lock battery and owner came to fix it within an hour. Definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay in Laguna Beach. It was close enough to the beach for a short walk, although with two younger children a golf cart would have been ideal. Maybe entertain the idea of adding one in the rental. Would stay again. Thanks

The homeowners were amazing. Very helpful!! We had a house full of people and still had plenty of room. The location where the house is delightful. Very short walk to the beach. The community the house is in is so friendly. Great place to spend a week with family and friends.

Nice place over all

The grill utensils were un usable. The owner of the house seems to come around a lot and makes it a little uncomfortable. Over all the place was clean and location was good .

Best trip in years

This house was perfect for us. We are an extended family and invited a family of 4 to join us so over all 12 guest total. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It was very updated and extremely clean. All of the outside seating was amazing and of course we enjoyed the hot tub! It's also very convenient to beach access. We will rent here again!

Nice getaway!

The house is amazing. The upper deck is great fir viewing sunsets and storms coming in over the water. The hot tub was nice for the evenings. The house is waking distance to the beach entrance. Even though we couldn't get in the water due to rip currents it was still a blast. There was puzzles and books to read. The distance to the nightlife snd resturants is close. I definitely would book again!!

Great house! Saved our beach trip!

Our family was scheduled to visit Gulf Shores but had to re-book somewhere else on the Gulf last minute due to Hurricane Sally. I'm so glad we found this property and that it was available. It has 5 awesome bedrooms and an excellent floor plan. Tons of space for our 6 adults and 3 kiddos. The porch/backyard/hot tub area was great for hanging out outside during the couple rainy days we had. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Best part: Thomas' Donuts and Snack Shop and The Carousel (grocery store/liquor store/wine cellar) both within walking distance made it so we hardly had to leave the neighborhood! Not a bad walk to the beach. If you have a ton of stuff to drag down to the beach, there was ample parking. Some properties in the area were a little rough, but we never felt unsafe or unwelcome. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved this house!

This house is so beautiful and clean! Emmanuela was great at responding in a timely manner and sent her husband over to check the AC when we had an issue with it. Turned out to be an easy fix and we had no other issues with the property! I highly recommend this house! It’s only a block from the beach, some of us walked to and from the beach unless we were already too exhausted.

Laguna Beach Forever

I live in Laguna Beach. Our three sons and their families came to visit and enjoy the beach. We rented this home as we didn't have room for everyone . They really enjoyed the hot tub and the room arrangements were perfect. The kitchen was not very well supplied with pots and pans, so I had to share mine. We will definitely put this property on the list for future vacations.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood

The house was very nice. Several bedrooms and patios. Plenty of room to stretch out and not feel crowded. The house is about 400 yards from the beach. There is usually plenty of parking beside the road in front of the beach. The donut shop is across from the beach and grocery store is about 100 yards further. The house doesn't have many kitchen utensils. We bought some cheap steak knives while we were there. The main floor TV needs a fire stick or Roku to connect. It was a hassle to watch TV and no Netflix. The upstairs tv worked fine, it had Netflix and no problems. The beach was very nice. No crowds and warm water. It's a popular wedding spot. We saw 3 different weddings on the beach over a couple of days right before sunset.

Amazing place

The house was perfect. All of the beds were comfortable, the two bedrooms downstairs were perfect for the two adults without kiddos and the upstairs worked great for our two families with kids (13, 6, 5, 5, 3)! Loads of pillows and the upstairs stayed nice and cool which we all loved. One block walk to the beach so you don't have to drive, walking distance to the grocery store and Thomas Donuts. The third story balcony was so amazing to drink morning coffee and the outdoor grill area is absolutely amazing. Wonderful stay and we will be back
