Bright apartment with balcony in a residential area of Floridia, an authentic village a few kilometers from Syracuse.



The apartment, located on the ground floor of a building without an elevator, opens onto the living area complete with dining table, armchairs, television, open kitchen complete with kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and equipped balcony. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Floridia is a small town a few kilometers away from Siracusa. For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi.
