Appliances include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and wine cooler and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, an enclosed deck with a hot tub and furniture, and a garden with a lawn and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.6 miles. Please note that there are steep steps up to the property which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 9 Cedars is a lovely home for a seaside break to Cornwall.
