First thing the host was great to speak with for questions and answered quickly. House had all amenities you can ask for spacious clean and game room and private pool. I was there for 6 nights with my family and will definitely be going back. Also close to parks and other fun things for families to do.

Hot tub and pool didn’t start working until 3 days before we checked out , house is nice but very outdated , pots and pans are very old , laundry is in the garage looks like they never clean around it very dirty , microwave could need a replacement, mattresses are old I could feel the springs now very comfortable, management was very unpleasant to speak took , on top of that they wanted to charge me extra for stuff that was already broken good thing I took pictures and videos once I arrived to the house , also wanted to blame me for stain in carpet when the carpet has many stains around the house I also took pictures off , the owner always responded to my messages that I’ll give her a 5 start but she has bad property management for her house so I don’t blame her for the house condition. The good thing about the house it’s very spacious for a family of 10

House in great location, approximately 25-30 minutes to Disney. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great size with ample room for our family of 7. Loved the pool table! Would have loved to have been able to put the air conditioning below 75 degrees but multiple fans throughout house helped! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation 2025

It was a wonderful neighbourhood and a lovely house. We had an issue with the dishwasher the first day and we contacted the property manager and due to some scheduling delay the issue could not be resolved. We also were disappointed that there was no BBQ available as stated in the house description. Overall we had a wonderful time and we would definitely book again!

Everything was great except that the last night the neighbors across the street were partying and fighting in the street till 3:30 in the morning. Everything else was really amazing though!!

Great house. Nice pool. Mattress's definitely needed to be updated. Queen mattress the worst. Tiny baby spiders are ridiculous. I read reviews and I should have asked if problem had been solved. If they think that the issue is because patio door is left open you should replace patio door because it will give you a hernia trying to shut it. Otherwise great house. I have bites everywhere

A 2-week slice of paradise

My wife and I and our four kids (ages 8 to 15) had an amazing 12-day stay (January 7-19) in this beautiful and spacious home. The kids were over the moon to each have their own room and our teens appreciated having their own private bathrooms. They all had an absolute blast in the swimming pool and games room (the basketball game was a particular favourite). The home is located in a lovely gated community and there is even a kid's play park a block or so away that I don't think was mentioned in the listing. There is plenty of room here to have your privacy or chill together as a family with plenty of access to TVs. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, utensils and bake/cookware which allowed us to cook the majority of our meals at home. It's located about 27 minutes from each Disney park and around 15 minutes from most restaurants and grocery stores, so you can't go wrong. Communication with your host Hollie is A+. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. We can't say enough good things about our experience here. If we make a trip like this in the future, we would stay at this home again in a heartbeat and will hopefully get the chance to try the crazy-looking mini-putt golf and go-kart racing nearby that looked fun.

We fell in love with the Orlando area years ago, and like many families, we dreamed of a place where magical memories could be made both inside and outside the theme parks. After many vacations of our own travelling from home in the UK, we finally found the perfect home and carefully renovated it to create a space that combines comfort, fun, and relaxation.

Our villa has been lovingly updated with modern upgrades in 2023–2025, including a brand-new roof, a completely renovated pool and spa (with sparkling sea-blue tiles and playful sea animals for the kids to “find”), and plenty of cozy touches inside. We’ve thought about families of all sizes whether you’re winding down after Disney with a soak in the bubbly spa, watching a movie on the outside TV, or reading from our children’s book collection in the living room.

We work with a small, dedicated property management team who know the home inside and out. That means you’ll always be looked after with personal care and attention, not just treated like a booking number.

For us, this isn’t just a rental property - it’s a place where our family makes memories, and we’re excited to share it with yours.

As lifelong theme park fans, being close to the magic of Disney and Orlando’s attractions was essential for us. But just as important was finding a haven where we could truly relax after a busy day at the parks. Cumbrian Lakes gave us exactly that balance - a quiet, spacious retreat surrounded by nature, yet only minutes away from the action.

We especially love our pool and deck area, which is extremely private and lets us enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee or fun afternoons in the sun, all with a backdrop of natural beauty.

The community itself also gives us peace of mind. Cumbrian Lakes is a gated neighborhood with CCTV monitoring at the entrance, offering both security and a welcoming atmosphere for families.
