Villa Lipsos 2 is a newly built (2023), 3 bedroom villa located in the Kalamar district of Kalkan, offering a private pool and plenty of outdoor space.

This light and airy villa is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a comfortable and modern retreat. The villa is just a 3-minute walk from local shops and restaurants, and a 10 to 15-minute walk to the town centre and harbour.

For larger family or friend groups, the villa can also be rented in conjunction with its neighbouring identical villas, Lipsos 1, 3, and 4. Up to 24 guests can be accommodated in all throughout the four villas.

The second floor is home to the third bedroom, which features twin beds and sliding doors leading to a spacious roof terrace with mountain and harbour views.

Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedside table, wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with rain forest shower.

Outdoors
Outside, the villa boasts a spacious pool terrace and garden furnished with 6 sun loungers, 3 side tables, a swing, a large parasol, and an outside shower. The private pool measures 3m x 8m x 1.55m. The BBQ area has an outside dining table and chairs under a covered pergola.
