¡Disfrute de sus vacaciones en el área de Crescent Beach en North Myrtle Beach! Crescent Towers II es un edificio de acero y concreto de 9 pisos con solo 36 unidades. (dos y tres habitaciones) ¡Ya que el complejo es más pequeño, es más fácil encontrar un lugar en la playa! El establecimiento ofrece wifi gratis, TV por cable, parrilla de gas, ascensor y una piscina al aire libre frente al mar.

El condominio está ubicado en el quinto piso y es un condominio de esquina frente al mar para que tenga unas hermosas vistas. La unidad tiene un dormitorio principal con una gran ventana panorámica. ¡Puedes despertarte mirando el océano! Hay un baño con bañera de hidromasaje / ducha combinado adjunto al dormitorio principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen con entrada independiente al baño del pasillo. El baño del pasillo tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. La unidad tiene una cocina de tamaño completo que está equipada para cocinar de forma ligera. Hay una cafetera, estufa, microondas, tostadora y refrigerador de tamaño completo. La mesa de comedor está dispuesta para cuatro asientos. El condominio cuenta con tres televisores y un reproductor de DVD. Las habitaciones tienen alfombra. El vestíbulo y la sala de estar tienen un nuevo piso laminado de madera.

Este condominio tiene dos dormitorios y capacidad para 4. No hay sofá cama.

Great Vaca Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Crescent Towers II was a great location and building size perfect. Easy access to the room and parking was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to our trip next year already!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Owners are great with communication. If you are looking for a new, modern rental this isn’t it. However, if you are looking for a nice place to stay with beautiful views right on the beach, it’s perfect. One downside would be the lack of basic items, which is clearly stated in the description, but would have been helpful ie., plastic food containers, Saran Wrap, cooking spray, hairdryer, etc...But none of these are a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The condo was great. Clean and spacious. Right on the beach and the beach was fabulous. Way more quiet then Myrtle Beach on the north end.

Loved it

This condo was perfect. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. and the view was amazing. When we weren’t at the beach we were sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. If I had the money would Love to own this place.

View is spectacular!

We stayed for a month while we waited for our house purchase to be finalized. The view/location was perfect for sunrises and daily beach activity. Medium size building was nice for elevator availability and the residents were all very friendly. Only issue we had was - The internet connection was not secure making it difficult to access the docs we needed for our house purchase.

Very neat & clean! Plenty of space for 3-4 people.

Loved the location (Crescent Beach) & the height (5th floor). Adored the wraparound balcony! We will return. Just one question --- how does the hall bathroom shower work? Water gets to the shower head but there appears to be no cut- off knob for the faucet.

Fantastic views!

Upon entering the condo and walking down the hall to the kitchen, we were met with an unbelievable view! This corner unit encompasses the entire beach with windows in every room on the side and not one, but two sets of sliding glass doors to the balcony. It was just a short walk across the dunes to the beach, which is also very important to our family. We had a wonderful week here. The only thing more that I would have loved to have would be a small table on the balcony so we could’ve taken lunch outside. Great location and a great vacation!!

Property was better than expected except for a few things; 1) water leaked into the living room from all patio doors 2) we could never get the TVs to access local channels, which was a problem because we could not get local updates re: the weather (Hurrican Debbie). 3) the carpet in the bedrooms needs removed. It always felt damp!

Nice visit

We very much enjoyed our stay. I would make a couple recommendation: I would offer high table and chairs on the porch to enhance the ocean view. Secondly, we notice the air conditioning ran 24/7. We keep the curtains closed and tryied our best to keep the unit cool as possible. The AC may need replaced.. Again, these are only our personal suggestions. Thank you!

The checkin process was complicated since after we had paid Vrbo for the stay we were told that a realtor managed the rental and they requested we sign a rental contract to include pic id and we had to get rental insurance since it was thru a third party. Thus we had to talk to Karen(host) to get the proper documents transmitted and had to pay an extra 81 for rental ins. Just a hassle that I didn’t need!The unit itself wasn’t really worth the money.The view was nice but the balcony was kind of small with no room for a table .The unit was obviously old with old and torn carpet in the bedrooms. The whole unit needs painting.We could not get the shower in the second bedroom to work ( mentioned in other reviews)Under the sink in kitchen was mildewed with warped wood from a previous leak.The drain plug in master bath was nasty with mildew.There was half a bar of used soap under bed in master bedroom indicating no vacuuming had been done in a while. Just didn’t seem real clean!There was construction noise from an adjacent unit for 3 days in a row all day long.Over all just not a great experience.

Relaxing and perfect weather

Property needs some TLC. Cabinet doors need new hinges. Trash bin bracket is loose. Railing is unsafe for children. Shower curtain is full of mold. Dryer takes multiple cycles to dry. Property was fairly clean. Comfortable.

Vacation

The view was wonderful, beach was so close and beautiful. It didn’t look like the pool was cleaned everyday. Furniture outside so old and rusty looking. The apt livingroom was cleaned and kitchen was cleaned, we had to get stuff and reclean the bathrooms the one bathroom had public hair in the shower so we knew that wasn’t cleaned huge cobwebs in the king size room. The other problem was there was a bad leak in the washer when we washed clothes we used a whole rollll of paper towels nothing else in the condo to wipe up and that had to be there a long time they had throw rugs and you could see old stains on the rugs when we pick them up to dry them out . The view and the access made things so much better! My only other complaint was the last day they changed our flight to later in the evening I called the management and I understand they need people in to clean. I offer to pay for a day Since they had no rentals coming in they told me it would be 241.00 for a day. We only needed a place until 3:30 for our luggage, I think if they didn’t have a rental they could have offered 100.00 and still made a little money for the homeowners. That really frustrated us more than anything even cleaning up after the washer leaked. I don’t blame the owners but not a lot of great things to say with management, and they didn’t have anyone to look at the washer for 2 days Overall the view and the beach access loved. The place just needs some sprucing up.

Very clean and a wonderful area

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in July, and both of us agree it was nice. The building itself was clean and well maintained, and I saw no evidence of bugs. While I know it's just part of being in the south, I have stayed in other properties where the "palmetto bugs" are numerous once the sun sets and that was never the case here. The beach was spacious and easily accessible, and the pool area was also clean and well maintained. The balcony area was amazing, and a def selling feature of the unit. The unit itself was spotless, but there were just a few minor issues with it. One, the dryer took numerous cycles to dry...I did 3 towels and it took 4 drying cycles to get them dry. The second was this unit is really showing its age. It could use all the remaining carpet torn out, cracks in the ceilings repaired, and some fresh paint. It wasn't so bad that I wouldn't recommend it, as the location and the cleanliness is superior to the age of the rental. The third is minor, and more so on the rental agency than the unit itself but good for others to know about. I know the rental agency says to bring all the items like toilet paper, paper towels, etc...(and we did that) but there wasn't one dish towel to dry dishes within the entire place. We went and bought one when we went to the grocery store. Would I recommend a stay here in the future to others? Absolutely. Again, the size, location, and cleanliness of the building and unit were enough for us. I only gave it 4 stars due to the areas I mention above.

Great beach front condo!

Stayed here with my husband and 4 year old daughter. First trip to Myrtle Beach and we were very pleased. The condo is exactly as it looks online. Check in and check out was very easy and communication was great. The balcony views are stunning of beach and sunrise. Beach was never overcrowded. Location was perfect for all our needs. Would recommend to others for sure.

This Is The One!

The unit was clean and just as pictured on line. Be prepared for when you enter inside and walk down the hall, the view is simply stunning! The location is great. We were always able to get a spot on the beach during the day and at night we were able to relax to the sound of the ocean. It seemed to be mostly families staying so no loud late nights from other guests. Karen great to deal with. She quickly answered any questions I had prior to arriving. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone interested in Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle Beach is the way to go and this unit is the best!

Best view at the beach

Condo was awesome. If I had 1 bad thing to say it was the mattress was hard. Probably could be a better quality mattress for the money spent. Loved everything else, size of the condo, view from balcony, location to all restaurants etc in Myrtle.

Great getaway

The unit was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The unit does look just like the pictures. The large balcony is a nice feature. I would recommend this unit to friends & would not hesitate to stay here again.
