Lux Center 5-C Deluxe Beach Apartment-Old Town

Exclusivo apartamento en primera línea de playa Levante, Benidorm, junto al casco antiguo y con acceso a la playa desde el mismo edificio. Posee 2 dormitorios y dos baños con ducha, (dormitorio principal con baño en suite, vestidor y Smart TV) y capacidad para 4 personas.

Alojamiento de 131 m² construidos, totalmente reformado y amueblado con gusto, con gran terraza con vistas panorámicas al mar, a la bahía y a la ciudad.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado y calefacción por bomba de calor en todo el alojamiento, 3 Televisores Smart TV, plancha y secador de pelo.

La cocina americana con isla de inducción, está equipada con nevera, microondas, horno, congelador, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera Dolce Gusto, tostadora, hervidor de agua, exprimidor, lavadora, secadora.



El garaje más cercano es plaza de garaje opcional con cargo extra a 350 metros en el Mercado central (Mercadona). Tarifas Parking: 1 Dia 22 euros, Semana 97€, 10 días 128€, 15 días 148€, Mes 181€. A partir de 5 días compensa el bono semanal. El coste se abona en el mismo parking y puede variar la tarifa. Es un servicio ajeno a nosotros y deben contratar con el parking directamente.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida Rey Jaime I número 20, local 2, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, en frente del Burguer King. Para llegadas en horario de oficina coordinar con agencia check-in en el alojamiento.

- Se retiene un depósito de 200€ en tarjeta de crédito/débito como fianza o efectivo en su defecto.

- Check-in desde las 16:30h (temporada alta desde las 18:00h)

Amazing Apartment

The apartment was amazing - so clean. Comfy sofas, large balcony with great views. Great location to both the old town and beach front. Rental company correspondence and instructions. Getting a reply was a long wait, no instructions in apartment (like where to empty bins, etc) only thing in apartment was how much we get fined if we stole bedding?

Pick this for views and location.

The location is wonderful. Right in the old town and easy access to Levante Beach and the bars/restaurants along the front. The view from the apartment is incredible. Very large place too so plenty of room for 4 people. WIFI is very fast and easy to connect to. The kitchen is very nice with lovely appliances also. Beds are large and comfortable and the showers were strong with plenty of hot water. The glasses and plates provided were of quite a basic standard and there were not very many of them. The ironing board was a wreck which made ironing clothes difficult. The TV is too small for the size of the living room. Also, the apartment next door had a 72 hour party (day and night) with music blasting through the walls of our apartment - not the fault of the apartment but important to understand if you are a family, (although you couldn't hear the music in the main bedroom). Pickup for the keys is a bit of a pain as you have to walk 15 minutes to go get them and then take them back.

Location superb. Plenty space. Modern. Minor niggles such as very little day to day housekeeping items eg a small sachet of dish washing up liquid, couldn’t find tea towels. Definitely needs a couple of table lamps for when you just want out the brightness of the sunceiling spotlights.

Didn’t want to leave

Modern, clean, spacious apartment with exceptional views across levante , ideal for 2 couples, location perfect , occasional street noise at night , but nothing to worry about, have recommended and will definitely be booking again next year If I had to write anything it would be a couple of loungers on the balcony but enough outside chairs to seat 6 comfortably

Wonderful

Excellent location right above the beach and the sea. The view from the balcony is simply stunning. The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, two bathrooms. We really liked it.

The apartment was nice. However, the key collection is not the best it's too far from the property . When you're finished, you also need to return the keys it's is at least a 20-minute walk

Loved the balcony overlooking the beach. Generous sized property, which is well maintained. No toaster. No mirror in small bedroom. Towels were small and thin. Nightclubs in the area can be noisy.

Highly recommended place

This was an awesome location and amazing views. Walk downstairs and you are on the beach in 1 minute with some stunning water color and sand. Worth every penny. The apartment was very large (around 140sqm) and was quite modern with everything we needed. Heating was central and adequate. Everything worked just fine. Very satisfied. Few things I just want to add for next guests: Parking is around 5 min walk. I used Parking Padre on Google maps and it costed me 75 euro for 5 days (32 euro for two days), also called telpark. Key collection place was around 12 min walk from the place and we arrived late at night around 2am. There was a key locker outside the office with a code and I could easily retrieve the key so it's self check in which was convenient for me. Some might find it extra effort but it didn't bother me. It was a nice walk. Only thing that was slight inconvenience for us was the church bells ringing 30meters from the bedroom, waking us up every morning at 10am. That I guess is not in control of the establishment. Also, I think we were there during the Xmas week so it might be only for that week that the church bells rang everyday as I don't remember them ringing on 26th Dec. Some have complained about the beds in the comments but I found them very comfortable. They were firm (not mediumsoft if some perfers that) but they were comfortable. And oh, one more odd thing was the shower in one of the bedrooms has no lock, so anyone can walk in the room while you are taking a shower. So we practically used the other shower during our stay. A simple lock on the bedroom door can fix this problem (just a suggestion)

Amazing location in the Old Town

This apartment far exceeded our expectations, with the location, facilities and furnishings. The view is amazing, both day and night, and the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the old town. It was far more spacious than we expected and has been completed to a very high standard. We'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a bit of luxury but still wanting to be close to the action. There's not much that needs to be done to improve the property but a few small things could make it even better. No bath mats are provided in the bathrooms, or small towels to stand on as you leave the shower, and there are quite limited kitchen utensils like an oven tray etc. Neither are big issues but could make the stay even better. There is also some noise from the bars below when guests leave, but this is to be expected given the location. In winter, they only open at weekends and once you have the shutters down on the windows you can't hear it much but something to consider if you are a very light sleeper.

El apartamento es grandísimo, vistas preciosas, camas sofá, cocina, todo muy cómodo. Ubicación espectacular El ruido por la noche de las discotecas, imposible dormir. Una pena porque el alojamiento tiene puntuación de 10 si no fuera por esto
