If you're looking for the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation near the beach, then this accommodation located in the west of the city of Funchal is ideal for you.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms, offering every comfort to accommodate up to 6 people. The configuration of the bedrooms includes 3 double beds. It also has 2 bathrooms with showers. One of the most notable features of this space is the private balcony, from where you can enjoy wonderful sea views. For added convenience, the apartment also offers a parking space. The apartment can be accessed by elevator, making this property accessible to all guests, regardless of mobility. Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

AREA
Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, which has several international brands and movie theaters. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight yourself with our gastronomy or with international cuisine. Besides the nearby options, you can go to Funchal city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants. Praia Formosa beach is about five hundred meters away from the apartment, perfect for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
