About the property
Backdropped by Oxwich Bay, Little Haven is a wonderful place to holiday with your nearest and dearest in beautiful Gower. The house is set on a hill with elevated views of the sea, while inside you will have all the sociable space you will need to relax, unwind and celebrate in cosy surroundings. The outside space features a private heated swimming pool, along with a large lawn and patio for garden games and alfresco meals. Should you wish to explore the area, the beach is just a 20-minute walk away, as well as a great selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and water sports.
The space
As you enter the property, you will be greeted by a light and airy entrance hall with rustic décor and original features throughout. There is also a handy boot room for all your shoes, coats and wetsuits after a day of adventure.
Meanwhile, the main reception room is the perfect place to relax and socialise in complete comfort. The room is split into two sections; a lounge with armchairs and an open fire, and a cosy snug with additional sofas, patio doors leading to the garden and a selection of books and games for your entertainment.
The dining room provides an idyllic setting to enjoy mealtimes together. There's a large 12-seater dining table and a sofa for relaxing, all with the backdrop of the garden and the sea views beyond.
Next door is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to self-cater with ease. You will have access to an AGA, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a small dining table with seating for six. You will also have the added luxury of a wine cellar bar, complete with a wine cooler.
For cosy nights in, there is an additional living room with a large L-shaped sofa, a Smart TV and a games table to keep the whole group entertained. However, if you wish to work remotely during your stay, there is a dedicated workspace just outside the room.
The property features six beautiful bedrooms, each with garden or sea views to admire. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two super-king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a further super-king size bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom (perfect for a child) with access to the hallway bathroom.
The seventh en-suite bedroom lies on the ground floor of a separate turret building to the front of Little Haven. This impressive building and separate suite gives additional privacy for one couple and offers a perfect retreat from the main house.
Outside, there is a beautiful patio under a wooden pergola with seating and an open fire for that extra cosy touch. When the sun is shining, start your day with a morning swim in the pool, followed by a delicious BBQ with views of the sea beyond.
