This beautiful, 2-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people. It has been tastefully decorated throughout. The open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and a fitted kitchen, which is separated from the main room by a breakfast bar. In the kitchen, you will find an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine. An archway from the living room leads to the bedrooms and bathroom.

The sheltered terrace, which is reached via wooden doors from the sitting room, is a highlight of the apartment. It is furnished with a beautiful set of a cane sofa and armchairs; sun loungers; a hanging seat and a wrought iron table and chairs for meals al fresco. It enjoys spectacular views of the lake and provides a relaxing environment where guests can read or just enjoy the peace.

The landscaped gardens include a beautiful swimming pool and a hard tennis court.

Location
The complex is in a quiet, residential area of Bonzanigo just a 10-minute walk from Lake Como. The residence is close to the charming lake-side town of Azzano (8-minute walk). Here visitors will find a wide range of excellent restaurants and cafés. There is a regular ferry service between Azzano and Como as well as several other towns around the lake.

For self-catering, Azzano’s weekly market (Monday) is an excellent source of the best local produce. There are also supermarkets and other delicatessens nearby.

There are many beautiful palaces, villas and gardens to visit nearby including the famous Villa Carlotta (5 minute drive). If you are looking for more excitement then head to Lake Como Adventures (7 minutes drive) for a wide range of activities including climbing, canonying, hiking and skiing in the winter months.

Milan’s international Linate airport is a 1 hour and 41 minute drive from the apartment and Milan Malpensa airport 1 hour and 25 minutes away.
