While I’m glad check-in was smooth and the apartment was well-equipped for your needs, I completely understand how frustrating the sewer smell, shower drainage issue, and elevator malfunction must have been. Regarding the odor, you're right—the heavy rains unfortunately caused a temporary issue with the plumbing, which we now know persisted longer than expected. We’ve since taken further measures to address it fully. I’m also relieved that our maintenance team was able to resolve the shower drain issue promptly, but I regret that you had to deal with it in the first place. As for the elevator, we share your disappointment. The malfunction was unexpected and out of our control, but we’ve been in regular contact with the building management to ensure it remains operational moving forward. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve.
