It comprises two bedrooms, making it perfect for two couples or a family with children seeking the ideal coastal getaway. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. The apartment includes a very roomy living room with a large TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a dining area for enjoying meals with family or friends. The sea view from the balcony and the beachfront location make this apartment an ideal place to savor the beauty of Nice and the Mediterranean.

## Neighborhood

The Promenade des Anglais is the main attraction in Nice. This magnificent and wide avenue runs along the sea and faces south. Stroll like turn-of-the-century English aristocracy along this promenade, then stop at one of the cafés that line the beginning - towards the Hotel Méridien - and watch the pedestrians, joggers, cyclists, singers, artists of all kinds. Enjoy the Mediterranean Sea while admiring the palaces or other sights. Take a break on the famous blue chairs of the Baie des Anges to meditate on the view.
The blue of the Mediterranean Sea, the Art Deco buildings culminating in the majestic dome of the Hotel Negresco, or the gardens of the Massena Palace, all are dazzling.

Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITE (Mobility Lease):
- 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall)
- 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational)
- proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account.
A mobility lease (Bail Mobilite) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
