We purchased Louvre tickets through the website provided by the host and they were deemed as fraud and revoked when we got to the museum. Was unable to recover my funds. We also did not have a view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment has advised by the comments of the apartment.

Nice location and responsive host

Family of six stayed and found it well located for all left bank sites. Easy uber ride or metro to rest of central paris.

The apartment was in a good location.It was smaller than the photographs show, with not enough seating for 8 in the social area, and the bedrooms were small. Also the bathrooms are not adjacent to the bedrooms. Complimentary bathrobes would be useful. However, we did enjoy our stay .

The 4 bedroom apartment was a perfect fit for a family of 6. Restaurants and a market were nearby. Highly recommend.

Host was great to communicate with initially. Very helpful with info to arrive. Property was fine, smaller than pics make it look but fine. What was HORRIBLE is the A/C only worked in 2 rooms. I pinged the host multiple times per day demanding it be fixed as that was a key feature in selecting this property (most properties don’t have A/C). Host always replied with words saying they understood, it was urgent to get fixed, they apologized and would get it fixed. 5 days, 4 nights it was never fixed. People came out but didn’t fix it. Didn’t get what we were charged for. They gave us a15% credit but that’s not what I wanted - I wanted it fixed. 15% when the temp was 95-100 degrees doesn’t cut it.Additionally, the stairs were locked and the access to the key box was broke. So if there was a fire, we would’ve died. If the elevator which was spotty, didn’t work we would be stuck. Same type of response from host - lip service but no real solution.We stay in high quality resorts when we travel - you don’t expect to have problems, but if you do then you expect a quick and complete resolution. Here we got neither and that’s infuriating. I’d have rather paid full price and got what was advertised.Place was fine - host was the worst we’ve experienced and made us feel taken advantage of. Terrible?

Perfect Stay About a Mile from the Eiffel Tower

My friends and I were in Paris to catch the start of an organized European tour, and since none of us had never previously been to Paris, we planned to arrive a day prior to see different attractions. I found this property after the initial property we had reserved months in advance canceled the day before we started travel. This may have been a blessing in disguise. This very spacious and well-furnished apartment was perfect for us; we each had a bedroom with one to spare, and the kitchen/living areas were inviting and great to hang out in. The property was located in a great part of town; there were plenty of restaurants and stores within a block or two, a metro stop a few minutes away, and the Eiffel Tower about one mile away. The property was also very easy to access while very secure; a different code was required for building entry, elevator operation, and front-door key access. Lastly, it was easy to get in touch with the property manager, who answered any questions or concerns quickly. I highly recommend this property to any group looking for a relaxing apartment in the heart of Paris.
