The main feature is the location, you have all amenities on your doorstep and the Playa De Las Americas beach is only 400 meters from the property. Make sure to bring your family and friends for a memorable holiday, this accommodation is ideal for large groups searching for a spacious property to enjoy quality time together.

The interior spans across 3 levels, includes a stylish décor throughout and most rooms benefit from air conditioning. The ground level holds the fully equipped kitchen with utility room including modern appliances ready for home cooked meals for the group. Relax in the comfy open plan living/dining area, complete with an L shape sofa and TV with UK channels, here guests can watch their favourite shows. The ground level also holds patio doors to the private terrace, bedroom 2 and a bathroom.

The 1st floor boasts bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 all with en suites and one of the bedrooms includes a balcony with a lovely view overlooking the private terrace. The lower level consists of the remaining bedrooms 5 and 6, a bathroom and the impressive games room. The games room features a pool table and darts for hours of fun and friendly competition. Important note to remember: Bedroom 6 is designed for the 13th and 14th guests, however it’s not a fully private bedroom, the beds are positioned adjacent to the staircase in the hallway on the lower level. Due to high demand from larger groups and many requests, the owner added extra two single beds to accommodate up to 14 guests. This allows for higher capacity but this sleeping arrangement will not be suitable for everyone.

The exterior features a private terrace where guests can enjoy the warm weather and make the most of the outdoors. Unwind with a refreshing dip in the private heated pool, relax in the hot tub after a fun day exploring or soak up the sunshine on a sun lounger for all day sunbathing. Make sure to fire up the BBQ, dine outside and enjoy meals together under the shaded pergola. The property is located on a complex with other properties and there is also a communal pool terrace with a heated pool and a popular pool bar offering selection of drinks and snacks. Free to use sun loungers also available on the communal pool terrace. Being all together on holiday does not happen often but it can happen here in Las Americas.

​As you can see in photos this villa is average standard and is not luxury, it’s not recommended for those seeking high quality accommodation. However, considering its location, distance to the coast, it has a private heated pool, size of the property and number of bedrooms – the accommodation is excellent value for money.

Location Description:

This villa is situated on a very popular complex in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 meters from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is normally remarkably quiet. Car hire is not required.
