This new apartment is located on the top floor. It features an elevator, central air-conditioning, high-speed Internet access, a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower and soundproofed windows.you in this quiet, elegant apartment.
Elegantly furnished and equipped with everything you need, this brand-new apartment offers optimal comfort. The quiet courtyard side offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the building. A private elevator leads directly to a separate corridor, which divides on the left side the large en-suite bedroom linked to the terrace with The Eiffel Tower view. On the right as you exit the elevator is the other part of the apartment, including the kitchen, living room, second bedroom and second bathroom. A small terrace completes the other part of this property.
Ideally located on the 6th floor, you’ll enjoy a view of Paris rooves, Eiffel Tower from a nice spacious terrace, a rare occurence in Paris. The terrace can be accessed from the master bedroom. Additionally, the living room leads to a balcony.
The living room and the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, while the kitchen area has all of the amenities you need to make yourself feel at home.
Both bedroom have a large 2-seater bed "Hôtel & Lodge" and a TV facing it, as well as a large closet for storing your belongings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet.
The apartment includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC, oven, micro wave, coffee machine and so on.
We offer:

Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products. A civil liability and rental risks insurance.
A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.
Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.
We are a professional manager, that means that we have an exclusivity for all apartments we do not advertise. We are working for the owner, to help him to provide the perfect apartment, and for tenants who want to have professional services and availability in case of emergency. Our agency is well established in the 6th of Paris, Saint Germain des Prés, that is why we manage properties around this area.

An additional fee of 50 € will be charged if the entrance is after 7 pm, on Sunday or on a holiday. If the entrance is after 10 pm, the fee is 75 €.

This is an excellent property in a neighborhood that has many markets and restaurants less than a block away. It was a great location to be away from the touristy areas while still having a lot of fun nearby. The Grendel’s street market was awesome and the Cantine restaurant across the street was great for French food. Property is exactly as pictured and is very nice with a private elevator and an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. Damien and the Glamaparis team were friendly and helpful. A great stay- highly recommended.

Perfect location for a home away from home
This unit had it all. Comfortable bedding, modern bathrooms, and spacious patios with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is quiet while still having every kind of food shop you could want only steps away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call “home” while away.

Lovely location - in a less touristy area, but still easy walk to lots of iconic Paris stuff. Hosts were great. As we had rain for most of our stay, we couldn’t use outside eating areas (sadly) and kitchen was pretty tight for 4, but c’est la vie!

The location wasperfect. We were within 100 feet of an excellent supermarket, pastry shop, Metro,and ATM. The whole apartment was exceptionally clean. The staff was very accommodating. After our flight had been canceled and then rebooked, our arrival time changed. After informing Nicolas of the change, he arranged with Paris Chauffeurs to have a driver pick us up later and to have someone meet us at the residence. We are very happy with the entire experience and have zero complaints.

Exceeded our expectations
Very nice apartment; pictures and description are accurate; views of the Eiffel Tower; several excellent restaurants within a few blocks; easy metro access; street has multiple food shops; very quiet at night. Not a typical tourist area; restaurants were full of French speakers, although the servers were competent in English.
Management was very professional and thorough.

Fabulous stay at Rue de Lourmel
Our a/c apartment was a respite from outside activities in Paris, which numbered greatly. It was wonderful to have a cozy, cool, clean, comfy place to come home to. There are also beautiful views from the two balconies to take in for breakfast or evening. We had all the amenities necessary to prepare small meals. The local neighborhood sports a supermarché, fromagerie, chocolatier, boulangeries and many cafes close by. The apartment is about 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, which is a feature seen from one of the balconies. We felt safe here and enjoyed our little home away from home.

Thank you for your stay and your review, despite it being the first ever non-5 star for this apartment. We thrive to improve our services and our apartments so your comments are important to us. We will make sure there is sufficient cutlery, glasses and dishes so that our guests can have enough of them for a couple of meals, 6 of each might not be enough. The other comments are more surprising as nobody has ever had troubles with the dryer neither before nor after your stay, we provide technical guide to avoid these problems and the person who welcomed you also explained how to use it. As for the hot water, there are two 100 liters hot water tanks in the apartment, one per bathroom, which should be enough for a normal use of the showers.
We are glad that you could appreciate the surroundings of the apartment as well as the terrace, despite the period of the year you stayed in and hope that with time you will remember the good things more than the others.
