Este es un gran estudio con patio privado y terraza. Viene con una cama queen, sofá cama desplegable, cocina completamente equipada, bañera y parrilla de gas. Servicio de lavandería en el lugar, y estacionamiento cerrado para su automóvil. ¡El sistema de CA dividido recién instalado es celestial!
Hay sillas de playa y tablas de surf para su uso también. Te encantará la ducha al aire libre fría y caliente y la sensación zen del patio trasero.
Me estoy quedando sin cosas que decir. Es un piso de baldosas y gabinetes de madera. Netflix está en la televisión y Wifi incluido.

The host Mike was there when we arrived to make sure that we had everything we needed. And the location cannot be beaten if you love the North Shore -it’s right in the middle of everything including a 3 minute walk to Freddy’s, 10 min walk to Sunset, and 20 min walk to Pipeline. Ted’s Bakery is right across Kam Hwy. Accommodations were comfortable, secure, and quiet, with parking inside the gate, extra outside shower with hot water, and a beautiful private shaded patio. We will definitely return to this gem!

Convenient and fun!

The apartment was cute and in a great location, easily walkable to ocean and bakery. Outdoor shower was a huge plus to keep sand out of the apartment, and the variety of surf/boogie boards was great! We were three adults (mom and 2 adult daughters), and both the bed and couch were comfortable! Best to use the cross breeze to cool the apartment, though, as the AC unit had a great deal of visible mold which we did not notice until the next morning when we all woke up ill. We didn't use the AC for the rest of the stay, which was a little uncomfortable due to the heat/humidity. The extra "leftover" shampoos/conditioners, SPF creams, and other sundries like aloe cooling gel were a plus after returning with a sunburn! A great, comfortable, and convenient accommodation!

Great base to explore the North Shore

This good-sized studio was clean and well maintained. It is short walk to the beach and Ted’s bakery making it convenient if the traffic keeps you local. I had one small issue and let Mike know. He had it fixed right away. I would stay there again!

Perfect place to surf and work on line, great location and cool neighborhood, 2 minutes by foot from sunset and backyards, 10 from Freddie and Velzy.

Cute Studio on North Shore

My friend and I stayed at this cute studio two blocks from Sunset beach. Plenty of room for two people with full kitchen and bathroom. We were within walking distance of Sunset Beach and Ted’s Bakery. Convenient to everything on the North Shore. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect North Shore Stay

Place was awesome for a north shore get away! Very close to the beach and food, and a quick drive to local attractions. Very clean and comfortable, felt like home!

So many things wrong I will be writing the CEO of VRBO, It was from the outside of the property to the unit's self and also things that are questionable . With the host being living above the unit was not a good host , not friendly at all , would not even say hello , Lack of recommunication I t should not be listed because it is not in the Resort District

Had everything I needed

Spent a few days hanging out in the North Shore and Mike’s place had everything I needed. Full kitchen to make breakfasts, a beach nearby that I could walk to. Central jumping off point to explore all the gorgeous North Shore beaches by car. The AC worked great for the evenings and the ceilings fans during the day kept the place cool (although I was out for most of the days). The unit is on the ground floor and all the way to the back, and there’s a motion sensor light in the path towards the back which was helpful when coming back nights and in the dark. It was a little tricky to work the key to get in and out of the unit but other than that, it was all pretty easy going.

Great Location

The location is perfect. Everything on the north shore is within 30 minutes, Honolulu in about an hour. We had a fantastic time and would definitely rent again. Pros -A block and 1/2 to beach -Size, perfect for a couple, or a 3rd or a couple kids could sleep on the couch and/or mats, with a curtain separator. -Ted's Bakery!! We walked there every morning. Get the French Donuts. They also have hot breakfast. -Again, location. Right off the main highway. Several beaches, shops, food trucks, etc. within a short drive. Sharks Cove, a great place to snorkel, is 3 miles away. Historic Haleiwa Town is 8 miles away with great shopping and food trucks. Cons -Kitchen is listed as "fully stocked". Several essentials are missing, including pans for the oven. -AC/Fans are wonky. The display on the AC control was barely visible, making it hard to know what it was set on. I think one of our ceiling fans had the same remote as the unit next door. We were battling over who controlled the fan. -No instructions for washer/dryer. I found some outside, on the other side of our unit, but wasn't sure if I was supposed to use them, or if they were for the permanent residence upstairs, or the other rental.

Stay was as expected

After seeing some of the reviews, I was worried what we would find. Once we arrived that all went away. If you are expecting to stay in a climate controlled surrounding, you probably shouldn't be on the island.... or find a hotel resort that will cater to you. This is the real part of island living, and you should not expect lavish style. The apartment was great, bed was comfy, and the amenities were just fine. The host was very friendly as well.

7 night stay

The studio was enough room for the three of us. The bed was comfortable. The studio was clean. The backyard patio was nice to sit at and had a cover and plenty of foliage for privacy. The gate latches could be replaced because one side didn’t close and the other side would blow open and would have to be secured with a string. The toilet fills very slowly so if there will be a few people going then just know you may have to fill the tank if you need to go back to back.
